Blake and Tom were great and braved the nor’easter to play our anniversary party in Nashua. The live music provided a lovely backdrop for the evening. Thanks so much!

Birthday Party (Adult)•Reviewed on May 18, 2026•From Watertown, MA

Blake is the best, and his band is fantastic. We hired them to play at a 50th-birthday house party, and they were the hit of the evening. Music was amazing, there were great interactions with the guests, and they were very accommodating to the needs of our event. Five stars, and hope to have an occasion to bring them back again.

Thanks again, James — it was great to meet you and play at your party! Please come visit us at the Liberty Hotel on some Wednesday!

The Blake Newman group was the perfect choice to entertain at my daughter's bridal shower. My guests said it was the best shower they had ever been to! This talented group of musicians thoroughly entertained us, meeting every request asked of them. I would hire them again and would recommend them to any of my friends! Private Party•Reviewed on May 11, 2023•From Brighton, MA

Blake is amazing! We were in California - planning an event in Boston - and Blake made it all so easy. Everything was perfect: All the guys in the trio are excellent musicians with an extensive set list, pleasant to work with, quick to set up, and great with our guests. The music was perfect for the event; we got a bazillion compliments - not only from our friends and family but also from people on the other side of the fireplace in the restaurant! I'm only sorry that we don't live in Boston so that we could come out and listen to the Blake Newman Trio anytime we wanted to.

They performed in my backyard in October, under unfavorable weather conditions, and were still consummate professionals and put on a fabulous performance. It was a great addition to our party

Anniversary Party•Reviewed on June 4, 2022•From Waltham, MA

The BLAKE NEWMAN GROUP played beautifully at our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party and even included a favorite song of ours (from the years-past French movie, "A Man and A Woman"). Guests thought they were wonderful and our photographer said he would recommend them to his Wedding clients. Blake and his musicians made our Party a truly memorable night for us.

:

Thanks, Paula! It was great to play for you and Gary and your guests. Congratulations again on such an admirable milestone!

Birthday Party (Adult)•Reviewed on May 1, 2022•From Swampscott, MA

One of the best experiences in recent memory.... Blake and his group recently played at a party I threw for my wife's birthday. This was a relatively small and intimate gathering at our home, and I was hoping to make the evening special. Blake and the group arrived on time, set up quickly/seamlessly in our living room, and played for a very impressed group of people. Blake also took the time to work in a few special tunes I had requested not on their setlist. They did a great job reading the room and keeping everyone entertained. I am not overstating it when I say that this was one of the best experiences I can remember. Friendly, professional, and talented. A+

:

Thanks Max! It was great to play for such an appreciative crowd!

Outstanding -- a true class act. The Blake Newman Group was hired for a corporate function and we received numerous compliments on their performance. Nothing beats live music and they were the icing on the cake. Will hire them again for an April event.
