The Reception Jazz trio was wonderful and added the finishing touch for our event. Their music and professionalism was superb. Scott and the other two members of the trio were very flexible in accommodating our requests, and helped to make a lasting memory for our guests. Our guest of honor was very pleased with their performance. We'd recommend Reception Jazz to others, and hope that we have a need for a trio at a future event.

Scott Chabot was great to work with as we planned our reception...very professional. He worked out the details of getting his group to our event early so there would be no interruptions during our program, prior to his group playing. He was also very open to suggestions for specific songs that we wanted them to play.
His group, Reception Jazz, played wonderfully all evening -- just the type of music we had requested (Frank Sinatra type songs). They played throughout our meal, and then for dancing afterwards. The sounds were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the music! They added much to our evening.
I would highly recommend Scott's group!

They were absolutely amazing and made the entire atmosphere exactly as I saw it working! I have never had so many complaments on any of my planned events and I have to credit it to them!! I would recomend them to anyone for any type of event! I hope to use them again in the future! Not only were they so great, they enjoyed what they were doing and everyone had such a great time with them! They accomidated to our needs so well and were the best band I have worked with yet! I was amazed and blessed! Thank you so much guys!!

I cannot rave enough about Reception Jazz. My fiance and I were originally going to load an iPod with our favorite tracks for our wedding reception, but came to the conclusion that we needed some extra ambiance. (We aren't big dancers, so we just wanted some background music.) We checked out several bands, but we were drawn to Reception Jazz. We couldn't be happier with our decision. I e-mailed a request for more info and Scott contacted me immediately. My gut instinct told me that I would have nothing to worry about with Scott -- I couldn't have been more correct. So professional, so talented, so PERFECT! The music completely added to the evening. Thank you!!!!

The addition of the Reception Jazz trio to our gathering was an excellent choice. We heard many positive remarks from our friends and family who attended the service for our parents. We wanted to have music that was reminiscent of the Oscar Peterson Trio and the like, and these guys did not disappoint.

These guys are an A1 class act. They made special accomodations to have a band member on-site earlier than they could make it, for our cocktail hour. They arrived right on time, with very little hassle and just a couple previous emails and phone calls to plan it out. The music as a 3-piece trio...outstanding. A very full sound with no additional sound system required. We had a VERY conservative crowd, yet so many people commented on the great live music and even a few ventured a dance. As people, they are all very nice and so easy to get along with. We couldn't have asked for anything more and it was money well spent. We're looking to hire them again soon.

Reception Jazz was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Scott made sure to be in contact during the booking and planning of the event which was greatly appreciated. They were very professional and wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. My grandparents were thrilled and enjoyed dancing the night away. They were very accomadating of our requests that evening and even played some fun songs at my daughter's request (i.e. Pink Panther, Charlie Brown, etc). I would highly recommend Reception Jazz to my family and friends. Professional and courteous from start to finish - great group of guys to work with!

I was very pleased with reception jazz. They provided music that was exactly what I was looking for....I asked for music that would "speed up a party" if it got dull, yet still allow for comfortable conversation volume without being to loud. The performers were dressed to the nines...and the keyboardist played my song for my bridal processional perfectly. Thank yoU!
