She asked for our preferences in the music to be played and offered to lean new arrangements if necessary.

Alla was AMAZING. We hired her to accompany our daughter's cello concert at a birthday party. What we got was so much more! We met beforehand for what was supposed to be a rehearsal, but it turned into a masterclass! Alla's knowledge of music is encyclopedic. She plays and teaches with passion, joy, and humor, and being with her was a delight. Before the concert she spent a half hour taking requests to the immense delight of everyone. She truly made the party; I cannot imagine how it would have been without her. And all just one day after she arrived from Europe!! I recommend Alla as an entertainer, an accompanist, a teacher. You could not be in better hands.

We hired Alla for our DAR chapter 125th Anniversary event in Brooklyn and we’re glad we did. Alla is professional, so talented, and has a quick wit. She communicated well through out the process and asked for our song preferences. She even dressed in the spirit of the event - gilded age. We had a wonderful experience with Alla and would definitely hire her again!

Alla Axelrod is a professional through and through. She is talented, witty, and knows how to 'tickle the keys' or in our case, the 'keyboard'. She was a major part of making our special wedding day a success. The guests enjoyed her music throughout the ceremony (before, during and again afterwards while having dinner). The selections Alla was asked to play were presented in a most creative manner -- arrangements were tasteful -- many times our guests were singing along to songs of the 40's & 50's. All in all, Alla helped to make our wedding day more than memorable! I would recommend her to anyone planning a special event.

Alla was great!! She can play anything and has a wonderful personality. She can be sassy and that was just great with our crowd!! I would say she was the life of the party. My guests are still talking about her and how much they enjoyed her. If you are looking for boring, that is not Alla. She worked for over 4.5 hours and did not take one break! She interacted with my guests and a great time was had by all.
I would absolutely hire her again!

Alla was absolutely perfect. She literally weathered the storm on the day of my event. The day was horrific -a virtual monsoon outside, but Alla was there looking beautiful and full of energy and came and did what she does best. She is a true professional, and performed beautifully. I would have Alla at my next event in a heartbeat. I've heard nothing but 10+ feedback from the guests. Thank you Alla!

My husband and I hired Alla to play piano for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and we could not have been more pleased with her performance. Alla was wonderful! Prior to the event, she was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. She was on-time for everything and played all the songs we made special requests for. We hired Alla to entertain the members of our Country Club and that's exactly what she did. They gave her rave reviews!! She was a delight to deal with, always answering e-mails promptly, she arrived early and spent time with a couple of our members answering questions and playing the piano for them.
