Alla was fabulous...she was a perfect compliment to our small but very special dinner party...she was unintrusive, yet engaged enough to play timely themes and tunes consistent with the atmosphere of the dinner. She played each couple's wedding song by special request which was a hugh hit...We would definetly hire her again.

Alla was a great addition to our reception. I was overseas during the planning and had to work through email mostly. Alla was always prompt and accomodating in her responses which made it easy not to stress about the entertainment portion of the evening. She played for over 3 hours and was a great backdrop to our family gathering. Thanks Alla!

Alla was very pleasant to work with. Her talent drew many praises from the crowd and even some very positive comments from the Radio Station hosts who were our emcee's for the evening. I would highly reccommend Alla.

The gig worked out very well. Arrived ahead of time, checked out the hotel piano, prepared for the gig. Played for the scheduled two hours, the music was excellent. Appearance and personality also excellent. Will hire again.

This was a perfect choice for the wedding cocktail hour. Alla played a lovely selection of popular tunes - adding in a few Irish pieces as requested. The music was unobtrusive and, at the same time, provided a wonderful background for our event. Highly recommended!

Alla can play the piano really well but her attitude while playing needs a lot of improvement. Her facial expression while playing the piano was upseting to see, it was as if she would have liked to be anywhere but the party. In addition, her proffessionalism in demanding her payment was poor. She interrupted me in a harsh tone demanding she had to leave NOW and could not wait. So no I will not be recommending her to any of my friends.

I am very upset by this feedback that smeared my name and affected my rating, as this customer is completely wrong in relating the event. I had to wait for a long time to get paid and had to look for her all over the place after my work was over, although I specifically informed her that I have another job to go to later. I have no idea what she means by "facial expression" and "harsh tone" as I am always polite and highly professional. I have been in this business for a long time which many other testimonials can attest to. Ms. Axelrod was supposed to sing songs from Jewish composers and intertwine paradies (As we had previously discussed). She sang gross paradies. She did not know her material, read everything off of note cards. The paradies were off-color and inappropriate and we are not prudes. For an accomplished musician, she continually had to stop playing and find her place. We were extremely dissatisfied.

Alla was great. Showed up to play piano music on time and was happy to accommodate volume requests. Being that this was a 90 year old birthday party, there were a lot of them... She catered to my aunts and uncles and seemed to have a song for everyone. Highly recommend.

Alla was wonderful! She came equipped with her own piano and wowed all of our guests. As planned, she started off playing classical music as our guests were all seated. And then for my walk down the aisle, she performed Claire de Lune. Her piano playing was beautiful. For Cocktail Hour, she played a great jazz medley and entertained the entire crowd. Our family and friends could not believe that she was a one woman band. She was on time and was a key player in making our wedding a great success and an event to remember. We recommend Alla to anyone who needs and wants professional, reliable and talented entertainment for any event.

Alla really was perfect for my Mom's 90th birthday party as my mom still performs and dances and Alla really enjoyed playing for her. She played for a number of Bway singers and was quick to follow the singer. Her party music for dancing and dining was perfect. The crowd really liked her !!
