La Banda Ramirez did a phenomenal job! We had a company milestone celebration and hired the band to play during our cocktail hour while folks were arriving and settling in. The mood was joyous! They were all very polite, professional and on top of the details, providing them before even being asked. Communication with Carolyn was a breeze! Very accommodating to last minute, day of requests and changes. Asked them to pick up the pace after introductory announcements to get folks on the dance floor before dinner and they delivered! Many attendees took the time to sing me their praises. Would certainly book again and again! Bravo!

I cannot speak highly enough about Metrotang. The band leader was exceptional in every way, prompt, professional and very kind. She even went so far as to recommend friends in another band to play for later event in our community. The band has an excellent sound and read the room perfectly. Their performance set the bar for our summer calendar very high. Encore!

We hired this band to play at the outdoor retirement party of our super who is originally from Puerto Rico. There were 200 people at the event. EVERYONE loved the band, especially our super. From the start, they were responsive and accommodating. They are talented and fully engaged a very diverse audience. As we had hoped, they got the audience dancing. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them for your next event, big or small.

We, the Bound Brook Cultural Arts Committee, were searching for a band to play salsa and swing. We had a salsa and swing workshop and really wanted the community to practice what they learned. All other bands did not want to experiment and challenge themselves with this request. Metrotang are true artists, willing to delve into unfamiliar territory and boy, did they deliver. Very professional and sensational. It was a great pleasure, and we hope to have them again at next year's Riverfest. If you want to impress your guest you must hire Metrotang, amazing talent.

The Arts Council of East Orange was completely pleased with the La Banda Ramirez. They played at one of our annual Jazz at the Plaza Concerts this summer . Our community is very diverse and the music La Banda Ramirez played was diverse with a variety of Latin music , including Palmeri and Tito Puente. The group was extremely professional and the sound was terrific.

Absolutely loved their performance. They were in time and kept to my schedule. Their music selection was terrific. My guest danced their hearts out. I would have them at my next event and would higly recommend them. From latin jazz when my guest arrived to salsa for dancing the night away. Just wonderful. You asked me to describe my overall experience in 675 characters or less and that is just impossible. METROTANG went way beyond the call of duty and carried our event for the entire evening including stepping in and acting as MC! More than on time, they arrived early and were extreamly professional. Oh, the music you ask? If you need to impress an eclectic musical crowd, their original, cool, vibrant and fresh take on African & Latin, jazz will set the tone for a fabulous evening. Carolyn and La Banda Ramirez were amazing at our church's community dinner and feast day celebration. We had people from 3-93 enjoying their music. Carolyn was easy to communicate with. The band came on time, figured out how to set up in no space, supported the festivities with gracious energy. They looked fantastic, they sounded better! We were thrilled. The party was a first for our church community and I was grateful that the band had a sense of exactly what the room needed to bring the party together. Fun, festive, fabulous!

My mother's 91st birthday was a great success. Metrotang made it special. I wanted all Cuban tunes and Metrotang delivered. Carolyn, Chacho were very accommodating. We had planned the party for outdoors but it rained, the band shifted gears immediately and played inside. Everyone enjoy the party, dancing and singing along with the band.
