I have to say that this band was fantastic. They played Salsa at my company Christmas party and motivated everyone to dance. It was the highlight of the party. I loved the lead vocalist and the band altogether. It was absolutely great and I will definitely use them again.

Wonderful Band, VERY professional. Always returned calls the same evening.
Chacho Ramirez made sure the evening was a huge success.
I hired Metrotang to act as background music for a charity dinner fundraiser. Everyone raved about the band.
We did not have any dancing but the music Metro tang played was so kicking that during the desert portion of the evening people moved tables to the side and started dancing.
I WILL DEFINETLY RECCOMMEND THEM AND HIRE THEM AGAIN

Metrotang added that WOW factor to Flower Mart. The South African Embassy was delighted with their music, the Bishop and Dean of Washington Cathedral were as well. Metrotang were really excellent. The event was an outdoor garden party in New York city for approx 120 people. Metrotang arrived early and set up in a most professional manner. Their manager, Carolyn, was there also to make sure everything went smoothly.
The music was perfect for the setting and they were very friendly and accomodation. Well done. We would definitely recommend them and look forward to having them play for us again.
I apologise for the late feedback but I was traveling but feel they deserve a very high ranking in feedback from us.

These guys are unbelievable. Everyone at the party was talking about how amazing they were! From the actual performance to their personalities to their professionalism. I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great band!

I am very happy that I hired La Banda Ramirez for for my Mon's birthday who suffers from dementia but still has love for music. The communication with the band is excellent, they adapt their repertoire to your preference, they are excellent musicians and very respectful. All my family sang and danced and my mother had a very special time thanks to them. The band keep all COVID precautions. Thank you Carolyn, thank you guys, you went over my expectation, you gave to our family a precious gift to be united through your music.

They are a talented group of musicians who absolutely play beautifully together. However, their bassist was an hour late to call time ( 1 hour prior to event start time) When I asked the band leader for updates (2x) she answered " He should be here by now, I don't know what's holding him up" When he finally showed up and started setting up at 8:30 (performance start time) with a full room of people, I walked over and asked her why he was just setting up now. The response I received was . " What is it you want me to do, he's here now at the contracted time? in a snotty voice. I got an eye roll and no apology. She then proceeded to complain about my question

The bass player (one of the best musicians in the U.S; he tours internationally as well) and I (doctorate, Juilliard) are both exceedingly conscientious and we both were very concerned about his delay, which resulted from a 4-hour drive from upstate New York and included 1 hour at stand-still due to a major highway accident. Due to his delay, I had gone out to the road to guide him into the event room as quickly as possible. We began performing with the bassist at the agreed-upon time. In addition, the pianist and percussionists had begun playing earlier than planned. My "snotty voice" reflected impatience with the pointless hostility of the event planner.

We absolutely loved working with La Banda Ramirez for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Every single person who attended commented on how good the music was, and Carolyn was wonderful to chat with through our song list and a wonderful presence to have at the wedding. They were extremely professional even in dealing with a mixup (my fault) in payment at the end of the night. We would highly recommend them to anyone to bring an incredible latin vibe to your event.
