Everything about this group was excellent. A delight to work with such professionals. They played a great variety of songs and we very attuned to the energy of the party. I will use them again and would recommend to anyone wanting a great evening of music. Any they were all so attractive too!

Gallo de Chiapas was a great performer, he was a surprise addition to my wedding plans and when everyone saw that mariachi was performing, they were left in a state of awe. My guests enjoyed them, and I definitely enjoyed them, but most importantly, my beautiful bride enjoyed them the most. I would definitely consider them for the future!

Terrible attitude, not professional at all. They were over an hour late to our school event. They arrived 10 minutes before our event was scheduled to end so I asked them if they could reduce the fee since our contract was for 30 minutes but Mr. Aurelio was rude and inflexible. He offered singing 2 songs for $150 and we terminated the contract.

It was very disappointing to have this mariachi for our wedding. We initially met with the guy at our apt. and my wife discussed what we wanted to be played. They arrived 5 minutes before the ceremony started.I met them and they asked me like 3 times what they should play. I was confused because we sat with the guy for 45 minutes beforehand telling him want we wanted. So horrible professionalism on that end. What really killed it was the trumpet player. He was completely out of tune and ruined it for me. I wish I never hired this mariachi.

I booked Aurelio Reyes El Gallo de Chiapas Mariachi Trio for a last minute wedding celebration and they were very quick to respond and accommodate us on such a short notice. They arrived on time for the surprise and were a complete success! I would definitely recommend them to anybody, they're professionals and play great music!

I booked this band for my wedding cocktail hour. Simply put: They didn't show up. I double-checked that I did not make a mistake before calling the musicians’ number minutes after our contracted start time. When the man answered, I asked if they were en route to the event. He said yes... in Anaheim (WRONG!). He said he'd call back. Nearly an hour later and at the end of my cocktail hour, I received a call from someone who said his “car was broke." We were offered a full refund, which we received over Paypal. I hope in the future, the band is more considerate of their clients and the magnitude of what not honoring commitments does to those who are on the other side.

This was the worst mariachi Band I've ever heard. I don't think they've ever played together before I hired them. There was supposed to be a harp player - I requested that specifically. I was told they had a harpist and there would be an additional fee. Well the harpist never showed - the band knew it in advance and never bothered to call me and inform me that they could not produce what was contracted. They were quick to call about the additional charge but no call to tell me they could not produce what they were charging me for. I think the trumpet players were deaf - they were so out of tune. The vocals were not strong. I would never recommend them

Communication was strictly limited to the necessary. While things went down smoothly in the beginning, 24 hours the event some last minute logistical problem came up on his end and therefore he had to back up from the gig. He did however looked for someone to replace him and his band. The situation was a bit disappointing and stressful, but at the end of the nights things worked out. The surprise party was successful, and the replacing band "Gallos de Oro" (232.574.0766) did a great job, were on time, and were very accommodating.
