Joseph was truly the difference in making a very solemn day into something very special in more ways that can be described. He played from a music score which we provided when he arrived that was written especially for the occasion by the headmaster in St. Andrews of the school where bagpipes where given with scholarships. His playing ability was tremendous and his respect that he exibited for the occasion was something that all that attended will remember. We would highly recommend Joseph MacKenzie for any occasion Everyone in attendance was truly touched by his ability and professionalism. Thank you Joe.

It is a pleasure to recommend Joseph MacKenzie. His performance at my brother's funeral was outstanding. Highly professional and respectful, his presence added a special element to the military ceremony. His performance on the bagpipes was perfect. At the conclusion of "Going Home" he stopped at a distance, turned facing the family, and responded to our waves. I will always remember this special moment.

Joseph travelled a good distance to play at my father's funeral, and he learned a tune that my father had requested. Joseph's accomodation and professional polish really added something special to the occasion, and I had many compliments after the service on how special the bagpipe performance was. Our thanks to Joseph for his magnificent playing, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to add the special magic the Highland bagpipes brings to any occasion.

It was wonderful working with Joseph. We had a special song that we wanted Joseph to play, he did not know it however he offered to learn it for us and it turned out perfectly. We were extremely pleased with his performance; it was the highlight of the wedding. We would recommend him to anyone. He was professional, on time and extremely accommodating.

Joseph was great! He was a surprise for my husband and it worked out perfectly! He worked so well with me by learning the Marine Corps Hymn and for keeping this a surprise by hiding before the ceremony so no one would know!
