The Shuttle bus went to a hotel and just sat there waiting. When I realized he was going to be late I HAD TO CALL the number on my email and got a dispatch person who said he must be in the wrong location. When he finally arrived 30 mins late, I asked him if he had the wrong info and he said no he just read it wrong. I was told the Party Bus sat 30 people, but only 20 guys were able to squeeze in there. The driver said it fit 30 small kids, WHAT!!! The rest of our group had to get other transportation.The bus was absolutely gross.There was so much hair, dirt, and god knows what all over the floors. It had looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. NEVER AGAIN.
