We had a great experience with M&M Logico Solutions from start to finish. Our driver was on time, friendly and the service was great from booking to wrapping up. They were flexible with a last minute time change and accomodating around pricing based on our timeline.
The only issue we had was some trouble with using the bluetooth speakers with our phones - the sound was super choppy so ended up having to use the driver's phone, which had trouble loading our playlists. That was a little disappointing since having our music was important to us.
But otherwise everything was great and I'd recommend for any event.

So first off I requested a 20 person party bus which was stated in my contract and luckily I had people bail last minute and there was only 13 people on the bus and that was super tight for 13 people so they definitely over stated saying it’s a 20 person bus. Second the bus was a sauna! It was an hour trip to our location and we were dying of heat stroke! We asked the driver to turn down the heat and put AC on, and he kept moving buttons but just making it worse. When we got your our locations both times we were dripping in sweat it was a bad! So yea I don’t recommend! The bus was small and sooooo hot that it wasn’t comfortable at all! We were so mad!

Eric B was the most polite and helpful driver! He helped every girl with their bags and dresses-had music/karaoke for them and the neatest special bride chair for the Mrs.to be!!
He checked in before he came and verified the address again-everything went perfect!!! Will share our experience with all who will listen!!

Overall experience was okay. The driver was on time. But we had an inconvenient with the driver,the vehicle got stuck in our street because it was narrow. He got overwhelmed yelling at us and being rude. He told us he was gonna leave the car there and leave (while he was on a call with his boss) which was stressing. We had to helped him to get out. Finally after that. the ride was fun, the limo was clean and it was cool. The company solved the problem and compensate the time we lost.

This was the worse experience of my life. My guests were very disappointed. The bus was very clean. There was a window with two cracks. The bus was not like the photos sent me. There was very list water and ice. I cant believe that I fell for the info that your representative provided me in advance. He provided me negative info on another Vendor that I should have used. (HOW). The services were not worth the price I paid. Your advertising was very false. I don't intend to recommend your services to any of my friends. I wish I had never used you. The only positive part may have been the driver. He tried to apologize for the conditions of the bus. You have a problem.

(I don't like last minute. You said two hours inside the pickup time. If this is not gonna be right, you can tear up my contract, reimburse me and give me my money back, please. We will do something else)
We are with in touch with you whole time you do not inform us anything like that. We managed and compromised with you for whole time and at the end of everything you did not inform us anything and driver informed us you are satisfied and paid tip to the driver. Now you write everything opposite here. Its not a good thing. And I personally checked everything is perfect and its exact same Vehicle showed in that ice water cups juices and sprite available. You took interest in our product and reserve the vehicle and in return we provide you service we do not Rob your money. Its all a lie.

I recently rented a party bus from M and M Logico Solutions for my sister's 18th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! They accommodated our same-day booking for about 10 guests and offered the most competitive prices I found. The price even included the driver’s tip, which was a nice touch.

We had a great experience with M&M. Our driver Jose not only arrived on time but a little early to ensure we hit the road on time. Jose was a lovely guy & extremely accommodating of our group's itinerary.
An area for improvement would definitely be music. There was no option for connecting on Bluetooth & there was only a 4-5" aux cord for connecting to a device. However, it was a pretty outdated cord that didn't connect to any newer iPhone models so we had to run in and grab an iPad. This feels worth noting since music is an important component of any party (or car rides in general, really!).

This service is very reliable and authentic; they truly take care of you. I had been scammed before and was quite skeptical, but I'm happy to report that our driver arrived on time. He was helpful, attentive, and kept us on track. We even enjoyed a bottle of champagne as we drove to our reception!

The driver was fine, he got a little lost on the way back. The bus should not have been rented out. It needs to be overhauled or retired. Speakers didn’t work, AC could not handle the heat and every hill made me wonder if we would be left on the side of the road. Please take a hard look at your inventory. We were compensated for our disappointments.

My experience with this company was very positive up until our driver showed up. It almost seemed as if we were an inconvenience to her. It was very uncomfortable. This was not our 1st time renting transportation to an event. We definitely know what to expect. I am sorry that the driver, Michelle, was pissed off to be working but she really ruined our experience. She got us to and from safely but she was miserable the whole time. Buzz kill!! Hire someone new!

Not ideal. The bus that arrived was of course not as expected, but much worse than we thought it could be. The air conditioner did not work, the heater would not turn off, the bus driver was rude and disinterested in driving us. He barely answered with our questions, but not correctly. It was clear he had never driven that bus and knew nothing about it. The “top of the line sound system” was a cd player and two speakers. We were not allowed to put toilet paper or poop into the toilet. On the way home, the driver told us to open the emergency exit on the ceiling as we were driving because we were so hot from the heater that wouldn’t turn off.

Hi Tara, I hope you are doing great. First thing is you used extra 1.5 hours and you refused to pay. Due to law of Massachusetts after parking the vehicle we can only turn on the engine no more then 20 Minutes you guys opened the entrance doors of the bus and heat came inside the vehicle that's why the vehicle was heated. Usually No one can use the vehicle while they are attending Concert. On August 9th we covered a trip for another customer for 12 hours they do not complaint about anything. The Air conditioner and sound system are working perfectly. That's not our fault and we send you actual bus which we committed to you. No one can allowed pop in the party bus in whole USA That's your wrong objection. We cooperate with you in every condition but you provide us bad reviews. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I appreciated M and M logic solutions for providing a ride, but the bus was extremely bumpy, not as nice as the photos, and the driver didn’t even ask to help us with bags. There was no trunk space, so we spent the entire 2.5 hour ride trying to keep our stuff from rolling around where we were sitting. After the ride I was hounded via text to leave a review immediately when I wanted to relax and enjoy my bachelorette trip. Overall, not the most professional experience for what I paid, and will not be using them again.

Great day! The bus was able to accommodate all 42 people perfectly! Omar was patient and helpful when loading on and off the bus! Would highly recommend!
