I want to start by saying thanking to the booking staff .. They set the tone they were friendly and professional ..they assured me that they were going to take Great care of me & the assured me that they were sending me one of there Best drivers and they did .. Pl give the driver Sean a raise he Rolled out the red carpet for our guest.. He was a great driver, he made sure we arrived to our destination safely & on time ... Just a nice Man he was professional, friendly, polite, & we all loved his personality.. People like Sean can make or break an experience & He took such great care of us . Will book again next summer.Please assign Sean to be our driver next summer!!!

The bus looked like shit. The driver was out of fuel upon pick up. There was an overwhelming fuel leak and smell of fuel. The driver, Marty, tried to con me out of more money. He said his services ended at 11 pm. I showed him my contract and howuch I paid. Then he drove around for 3 hours to get us back to drop off that should have took 1 hour. He was a terrible driver and it was a terrible experience. I'd say you probably owe me money. I'll never recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with this party bus service! The service was exceptional, and the accommodations on the bus surpassed our expectations. However, there was a slight hiccup: We booked for 4 hours but were dropped off an hour early. Despite this, I still recommend this service for its excellent amenities and enjoyable ride.

Very happy with the service we received from M&M Logico! They were very professional, quick to respond to inquiries, very attentive and accommodating to specific instructions. Most definitely recommended M&M and will be contacting them for transportation in the future!

We originally booked for a 9-hour time frame. When I emailed back to change the time frame, I was told that I wasn't able to update the time as it was within the time to not be able to cancel or make changes. Well, I read my contact and there was no limit on when you could amend your time limit. Then, we booked our party bus for 34 people through this company. When the bus arrived, it could only fit 28 people. This was for our work Christmas party so 3 of our couples (6 people total) had to drive to all our stops! When I was called to ask how everything went, I let them know of this issue and they told me that the bus should fit 28-34 depending on the size of guests.

Hi Rebecca's, Hope you are doing great. Actually its busiest months and the 9 Hours duration which we commit with you we provide that service. At the last minute if you are making changes. we are not accepting that deal it's not our fault. If we commit with you and do not provide that many hours of service which we commit, that's our fault but nothing happened like that. No one even called and informed us about all that on the day off and now you have these words. We have your contract mentioned there you reserved with us for 32-33 passengers not for 34. We send you an actual vehicle which we commit with you. We provide what we commit to our clients. You can check our reviews. We have the best reviews on the bash because of our company service. this has to be the worse looking party bus in history. The paint was scratched off the top making it twp toned. the bumper was hanging off wires were running thru the back. . It looked like it was spray painted black in blotches with bald tires and that was just the outside. i would not EVER recommend that anyone use this company EVER.

I felt extremely taken care of by M and M logico soloutions. Their response time was extremely fast, and I was never left waiting for an answer. They put their customer’s needs and desires over anything else to ensure their customers are happy. The bus even arrived 15 minutes early and safely drove us to our destination on time. Great and clean bus with a friendly driver. Can’t go wrong with M and M logico soloutions!

I signed a contract for a 30 passenger bus and they sent one that barely fit 19. The driver was 1/2 hour late and then company text me the next day that I owe 750.00 for being 2 hours over. We left our location at 4:00 and returned at 12:45 (we have it on video). Totally unprofessional and they should be refunding me because I paid 1200.00 more for 30 passenger bus. Also stated we were all drunk when we left concert so how would we know what time we returned. This was an older crowd and quite sober. I would never refer or use this company again.
