Ross was absolutely incredible and truly made our welcome party one of the most memorable nights of our wedding weekend! From the moment he started playing, the energy was amazing. Our guests were completely blown away, and we had so many people telling us how much they loved him throughout the night. The music, energy, and overall atmosphere he created were exactly what we hoped for and more. If you're considering booking Ross, do it! We cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly talented, professional, and such a huge part of making our welcome party so special. We would book him again in a heartbeat! ??

We hired Ross for a celebration party that we had in our home. We tracked him down after seeing him playing at the Cliff House and loved him! The event at our house was terrific - we had about 70 family and friends and everyone had the best time and all were "singing" his praises. I could not recommend him any more for any event - large or small!

Ross Mcginnes was the consummate professional. He played at my Son and Daughter in Laws welcome party in August and everyone is still talking about him. His talent and song selection was incredible. There were many challenges that night due to streets being closed down for a block party in Gloucester. Ross managed through the challenges and performed flawlessly, with a smile on his face, the whole evening. I would highly recommend Ross for any type of event. He really read the room and crowd well! My only regret was that we didn’t hire him for the cocktail hour for the wedding, the next day. Looking forward to seeing him at the Cliff House this fall!

Ross was amazing! We hired him for our Wedding Welcome Party in July 2022. He was the perfect one man band for a crowd of about 175 guests under a tent in Kennebunkport, Maine. He’s a Rock Acoustic Guitarist which was just the right vibe for our Friday night cocktail party. He made sure to ask what type of music we were looking for, and knew exactly what to perform based on our conversations. Ross is very kind, easy to work with, professional, and talented!!

Wowza! Ross’ pre-wedding communication was wonderful and his musical ability, song choice and overall performance during our big day far exceeded our expectations! We planned every detail of our wedding and while everything went off without a hitch, Ross pretty much stole the show ... and we were okay with that. He’s really that good. We’d give him 6 stars if we could.

Ross was amazing; simply perfect. He showed up early, stayed late, and played incredible music with skills that you need to hear to fully appreciate. Everyone was so excited with his music and many people were asking me how to book him for their events. Ross's crowd IQ is amazing - he was able to read the diverse crowd and create such an amazing atmosphere. He knew exactly how the crowd was responding to different music as the night drew and kept it going.
If you want a musician who is an expert in his craft, I HIGHLY recommend choosing Ross for your occasion. If I could give Ross six stars, he would be deserving. Well done, Ross!! I can’t wait to hire you again.

I can't praise Ross McGinnes & John enough for their performance at my husband's 40th birthday! They were phenomenal, professional & fun to work with. They met religiously to practice Pink Floyd songs. They played to background PF songs, so it was incredibly realistic & impressive. They were exceptional. It snowed 8 in. the day of, but they arrived 90 mins early to set-up, w/no problems. These guys ROCK. Plain & simple. They are THE BEST! They blew the roof off my house. They rocked my party and guests were blown away. My discerning husband said "They are awesome, they play better than Brit Floyd". If you want the BEST, hire Ross and John. They are phenomenal.

Ross and his partner Al played at my husband's 50th birthday party in CT this past weekend. Ross was a delight to work with from the beginning. He patiently answered all my questions, was extremely flexible the night of my party, and just has a pleasant demeanor overall. He and Al are very talented and every song they performed sounded great and the crowd loved them all. Their volume level is excellent as well...not too loud that makes it difficult to talk and hear. My husband and I are already talking about when we can hire Ross next!

Ross helped make our son's graduation party a great success. He was very prompt in responding to us. He kept in contact with us the week leading up to the event. We had guests of all ages and everyone really enjoyed listening to him and are still talking about him. He has a great voice and plays a wide variety of music. We had a national event that we put on for Ford Motor Company in our dealership, and Ross did great. We have over 125 people come through in about 4 hours and everyone really loved his music. I would hire them again if I am in need of music.

Ross and his partner were fantastic. We had a lovely party and everyone loved them. Each of the instruments were a great addition. They were fun and personable and just sounded wonderful. We enjoyed every single song. It will be very tough to have a party in the future without live entertainment. They were really great. I almost wish I had fewer guests so I could have just sat and listened for longer. I can't think of anything they could have done better. We'd love to have them back in the future. I was so pleased with Ross and his partner, Al. They did a wonderful job! They played for 3 hours at our outdoor summer family party and everyone kept commenting on how great the music was. They played so many crowd-pleasing songs that we all know and love. It was the perfect backdrop to the party - not too loud, upbeat and fun.
Ross was very relaxed, easy to work with, accomodating and affordable. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
