Frozen Characters Elsa and Anna (from The International Singing Telegram Company) were incredibly good, they exceeded my expectations, their talent and professionalism outstanding. Everyone asked me “where did you find them?” Everybody was delighted with their performance, especially my girls, Elsa and Anna made our bday party memorable and magical. I’d have them entertaining any future events again without hesitation. I cannot express well enough our satisfaction! They are simply the best! In a side note, The International Singing Telegram Company was extremely helpful and professional with the booking and logistics.

They did exactly as promised. The singer said she would send pics of how it went, but we never received them.

We thought she was both polite and professional. She seemed very passionate about what she was doing. In both the face painting and the Easter Bunny. The kids and adults really enjoyed the time she spent with our family.

We had Santa Clause at our Christmas Party! He was so real and the kids that did not believe in Santa ran back to their parents and said "I believe now". It was the best Christmas Party ever!

The performer arrived on time and was a very sweet and pleasant older gentleman. I had been asked to provide some information about the guest of honor which I was told would be incorporated into the act, instead, the performer read verbatim from the sheet. The performance was so bad it was uncomfortable for not only myself but all the guests including the guest of honor. The performer lacked the talent, energy, and enthusiasm to give a good performance. I tipped him because I felt so bad for him. I called and emailed to request a refund and received a very dismissive email back from Kim Glover the company president. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Everyone loved the act. Only issue was it was very hard to understand him through his mask. The guest of honor was right beside him, and said he couldn't understand what he was saying. Also, I thought he would come with Chicken Dance music w/Boom box or on his phone instead of having to do it without music. Just lost it's flair without it. Otherwise, still glad we had it done. Created a memory we won't forget.

I have hired several entertainers through GigMasters and this is only the second time I was very disappointed. At least the other person I hired stayed a full 40 minutes. This singing telegram Chicken was the Worst. She came on time but stayed for maybe 5 minutes if that. She went outside and did 2 or 3 stupid one liner Chicken jokes and poked the Birthday person in the eye and had us sing Happy Birthday to the person. Then she left. They said she would get the birthday person to do a chicken dance and that didn't even happen. I was pretty embarrassed I had hired them. Worst, Worst Worst ever. I would like my money back. Don't hire them!!!!!!!!

We got a Santa booked through Int. Singing tel company. Their communication was a little slow, but overall I was very happy with the Santa. He was very professional and was perfect for our party.

Santa was early and greatly exceeded our expectations. He was kind, patient and gental with the children. My two year old who a week ago was terrified of Santa warmed right up to him and they even played the piano together. My husband and I were so impressed with Santa. Thank you Santa!
