The International Singing company did not provide a clear enough report to the performer and the performer was confused as to who he was supposed to call. He was running a few minutes behind and ended up calling the person that was supposed to be surprised and ruined the element of surprise. I do not blame him, I blame the company. This should have never happened! The costume was great and had that not happened, it would have been amazing!!!

I guess when I was told it was a bouquet of balloons that there would be more balloons for the price that I paid. Overall the singer did a great job and my sister was sufficiently embarrassed. So that is a plus. But would have loved more balloons with brighter colors.

Excellent Santa appearance. Kind and professional. Good with the kids. Could have tried to engage kids more, sing some songs, tell more stories of north pole and reindeer. Very timely.

The Mickey Mouse performer I had for my sons 2nd birthday party was on time, very friendly with the kids & very professional. Would definitely use them again!

The staff that set up the talent were totally professional and courteous. The talent arrived early and made sure it was OK to come in. But, his costume didn't impress us at all. He wore black pants and a short sleeved t-shirt with a skeleton on it. Over his shirt he wore a black hooded robe with a red interior. He had a little eye make-up on. He carried a plastic scythe. He brought balloons with him, but one was deflated. When he read his poem, he had to have us turn more lights on because he couldn't read the small print. He kept tripping over the words in the poem. We were pretty disappointed for the amount of money we paid to have him come out.

I had the gorilla for my husbands surprise 30th birthday and not only was he ADORABLE, he was HILARIOUS!!! I absolutely LOVED him and so did everyone at the party, from kids to adults. Everyone will be talking about this for a long time, and my normally shy, quiet husband, had an absolute blast with the gorilla! I would HIGHLY recommend both the company and the actor! Thanks again!!!

We booked a Santa on Christmas Eve to come to our home and entertain four small children. He was great! He read them a story, delivered gifts and posed for pictures. It was a priceless experience. The company was a true pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service from the people who booked the gig to the entertainer. The Santa had a real beard and he played the role in a very authentic manner.

Very disappointed. The performer was very nice however I think this was her very first performance. She seemed very nervous, the skit was not as promised and the performance lasted about 2 minutes, not the 10 minutes as I was told

Performer's radio/CD did not work & he had to "read" the song. Was not overly impressed for the price!

The clown came in looking rather sloppy. She did balloon animals for the kids which was nice and then face painting. For almost $200 per hour, I expected face painting that was a little more involved than snakes and flowers. Overall, I was not dis-satisfied but would not use again.

It was a complete disappoint because the that came looked nothing like a clown. I asked for a clown and expected one to come dressed like one. The kids at the party were disappointed. She had no make up on, no clown shoes, and no clown wig. She barely interacted with the kids. The only time she talked to them was to ask them what they would like made. I know she was not suppose to do any tricks or any thing, but if your going to come to a kids party you should be able to communicate with them. Her face paint was sloppy and it was hard to tell what she made. This was suppose to be the highlight of the party but it actually was the downfall of the party.
