We used the services for our cocktail hour. The guests at the wedding loved the music and the energy of Sterling Sample. He was a complete hit. He showed up on time and was ready to go when needed. My negative comment was when I had sent the request for quote out, I asked for someone that would play without the background music. Some others responded saying they could or could not play without the background. Sterling just responded with a price so I assumed that he would play without the background music. After I contracted, he told me he needed the background. It wasn't a big deal because he was so good but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Sterling was absolutely awesome! We was kind, professional and fantastic. His music completely set the mood for my wonderful beach wedding day. Many of my guests commented how great Sterling was. I would recommend Sterling again in a heartbeat!

Mr. Sterling C Sample was an absolute pleasure. Our guests were overly impressed with him. We're still getting requests for his number. Even our guest who is from the Islands gave her thumbs up for his amazing talent. His positive and cheery demeanor brought a wonderful vibe to the party. He exceeded our expectations. Sterling was fantastic, my husband and I as well as our guests LOVED him. He set the exact tone that I wanted for my wedding reception. Sterling was very professional, on time, and had an execellent attitude. He enjoyed being there and playing for us. His sound was great as well as song selections. Our guests complimented us on having a steel drummer at our cocktail hour. They told us it was a great touch and made them feel carefree. Would would recommend him for any type of party!

Sterling came prepared and was very entertaining and professional. He filled the room with island music and everyone was tapping and singing along. He had to switch rooms after setting up due to an air conditioning issue. He was professional about the situation and broke down and set up within 10 minutes. Very pleased.

Mr Sample was very pleasant and accomodating. His price was reasonable and we felt that we got our money's worth. He fit easily into the setting considering, that he had never been to this church before....people just loved his performance. It was also great to have someone who is from the country where the steeldrum was born...It added authenticity to his delivery. He's a keeper.
