Peter was one of the reasons my husband's 60th B'day party was a HUGE success..He sang, mingled and even let my daughter and husband sing with him. My guests were in shock that he was singing and that it wasn't a CD. Peter was accomodating and classy. I would hire him again and I am assured that he will get many more jobs just from my party alone..Thanks Peter and don't give up singing..I will need you in a few years for my daughters wedding..Haha! Peter Oprisko is FANTASTIC!!! He made my Dad's birthday an event to remember for everyone. His voice is so smooth, he's very professional and most of the guests thought they were listening to the original artist until they saw him in person. I can't say enough about Peter. He's sensational!! He feels like one of the family.. Thank you Peter!!!!! We will see you next year at my nephew's wedding!!

Peter Oprisko is absolutely one of the best performers in the Chicago area. He was extremely professional and just an outstanding talet. His voice is like velvet and his stage presence is mesmorizing. Our residents gave him a standing ovation and begged us to bring him back soon. We would highly recommend him. Peter Oprisko and his band were fabulous, period. All of our attendees were really wowed by our event overall, and Peter and his band made all the difference. Many of our attendees stated that they would like to have this event again, and if we do, Peter Oprisko will definitely be my first choice for entertainment!

He made our Wedding Reception even more special by coming down off the stage into the "audience" and serenading guests at the tables. He also gave bits of history about the songs he sang. He and his band also worked well throughout the evening with our DJ/announcer.

I found Peter Oprisko through an internet search that led me to GigMasters. After the initial request for information, Peter Oprisko phoned me personally to discuss the event and to offer his services. It was a remarkable conversation. Peter Oprisko was a true delight! He arrived and orchestrated the entire evening with such professionalism -- the comments I heard all night were "where did you find these guys?", "They are great, they sound wonderful!" After a wedding that was absolutely perfect, Peter Oprisko led us through the reception that will truly be in the memories of hundreds of people for a long time. His ease, comfort and obvious talent guided the festivities from the introductions to the send off with the confidence of a true professional. I can't thank him enough. I give Peter Oprisko the highest ratings in all categories, only because there weren't higher numbers. He should really have about 25 on the scale! Thanks again. Nancy Herzing

Mr Oprisko was great. I felt that he cared that everyone enjoy his music. He sang to my mom (it was her 80th birthday) in a way that made her feel special. He adjusted his music beautifully to accomodate, cocktail hour, dinning music and dancing music. He sang Happy Birthday for my mom and was able to sing all the songs she requested. His voice is fantastic! It is unusualy to get people dancing at 2 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon - but his band did it. It was a true celebration because of his music.

We were very pleased with the quality of the performance. Our only concern was that pre-event communications between the event coordinator and Peter Oprisko were not passed along to his performers. Band members began arriving a full two hours prior to the agreed-upon arrival time.

There was a break in time between the bid and acceptance. When I called Peter, he could not find my informaiton and quoted a price 67% higher than his listed bid. When we disucssed it, he indicated that his earlier bid was for a 3-person group...whereas he strongly felt that we would never be pleased with anything less than a 5-person group. Poor communicaitons...poor attitude...and we did not come to terms that were acceptable. We selected another entertainer for our event.. Pat Huffman

Mr. Huffman's secretary submitted the initial bid under HER name without mentioning him at all, which made it difficult to find the information for the engagement when he phoned to hire me SEVERAL MONTHS after I submitted my bid. The bid I submitted was based upon the criteria SHE used. When HE contacted me months later, he described a much larger engagement, indeed, one that I DID NOT submit a bid for. I offered an option I thought would be most suitable(as I always do). A larger engagement requires a larger musical ensemble, thus the price was higher for 5-pieces than 3-pieces(which would have been completely inadequate for what he described). As much as
