Proactively reached out on several occasions prior to the event. Totally professional and massively talented. Paid total attention to what we needed for this particular service. Had the audience in tears while performing Danny Boy and Amazing Grace. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Jeff Herbert played the bagpipes and sang at a Memorial Service for WWII Marines. This service was part of an annual reunion of these Veterans. Jeff was by far the best bagpiper we have had in the 48 years that the association has been hosting reunions. Jeff was very accommodating, very respectful of our heroes and their families and performed with dignity. He remained after the event for pictures and thanked the Veterans for their service. I would not hesitate to have Jeff play at any event I may have in the future. I will be recommending Jeff, with very high accolades, to anyone I know who may need his services.

Jeff was kind and caring, but professional with warm smiles. I'm sure my husband was smiling in heaven with Jeff's rendition of the Marine Corps hymn, Amazing Grace, and Auld Lang Syne (hope I spelled that right). I know we were smiling here through some tears. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Without a doubt, the best money that I ever spent. Jeff made all of the guests feel great, as he mingled and talked with them. I thought that I would have to help him to meet and talk to guests; he handled all that by himself, and became an actual ambassador of good vibes. I was so happy with Jeff that I made sure he and his wife were listed on the dinners guest tags; VIP seats for filet mignon, with 5 hour open bar. Jeff is indeed one of GigMasters shining stars and you should be completely thankful for his performance and representation of your company. Thanks so much, Jeff. They made me shorten my accolades.

Jeff played for my father’s funeral and his music was incredible! He arrived early and piped guests into the church. He played everything I requested and even played a tune that I ask for at the last minute. He is an amazing piper and such a nice person. Contacted me immediately and was so easy to work with. Jeff did an amazing job at my husband’s funeral. He piped as people arrived and entered the church and then again when we processed out to the memorial garden. Can’t believe how easy it was the get a professional level piper on short notice through Gigmssters. He’s a very likable guy —- and looks great in a kilt!!!

Jeff was amazing! He did a beautiful job at my grandfather’s funeral and went above and beyond corrdinating with folks on the ground and staying for longer than expected when the service ran late. Just back from honeymoon and must write my review...Jeff was fabulous for our outdoor wedding at a DC Monument. Jeff met me and wedding logistics gal at the venue prior to event and we walked thru the procession. We discussed song options and tempo - being a family from Scotland we had some preferences and they were NO problem.. Jeff arrived early to the venue (no parking) and it was 100F. He performed all as we planned. The processino was perfect, his tartan was coincidentally a close match to our color scheme. His playing was just wonderful. We'd hire him again any time for any future events. Price was great. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff responded within 10 minutes of my request thru Gigmasters. He was professional and kind as his service was for a funeral. He reached out to me the day before to confirm the details. He was on time and worked well with the members of the military who were honoring my step father. He was only to play as people arrived but at the last minute my Mom asked if he could stay and play Amazing Grace at the end. He had plans with friends but was kind enough to delay them in order to accommodate this request. I would highly recommend him.

Jeff was awesome! So accommodating and helpful. He was a great piper and even learned a last minute hymn for us. I felt sorry he was stuck out in the drizzling rain for a little bit, but Jeff was so pleasant and made the event special. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.
