I was a little disappointed he arrived and hour late and also he took longer than i expected he told me it would take him five minutes with each kid it actually took him 10 minutes with each kid. Also my original booking fee was $200 ended up paying $400 because he was to slow with each person. Other than that everyone liked their pictures i just wish I didn't have to spend that amount for just 30 pictures a little ridiculous

We are extremely happy and satisfied with John Steven the Cartoonist. He is very professional and hard worker. John had constant communication with us via phone and via email. John arrived at our venue a little late due to high traffic. John apologized for the inconvenience and stayed with us until the end of our reception. The couples, families, and kids were very pleased with John's art. My husband and I highly recommend John for any event. Thank you, John, for making our day so special!!!!!
