Roger was so great to work with from the beginning. Easy to communicate with and very professional. He was hired for our best friend's daughter's birthday party a year ago and we knew we had to have him for our twins' 1st birthday party! Sure enough, he definitely did not disappoint. He was a hit with everyone! The caricatures were nothing short of amazing. Our guests are still talking about it. He made the kids feel at ease and they were so excited to be drawn. We would definitely hire Roger again for future parties no doubt and recommend him to anyone looking for a fun, friendly and super talented caricaturist! So happy he was available for our party! Roger was terrific. My only concern was the time it took. We had about 18 people to do in a two hour time limit, and it ended up taking about 3 hours, which meant part of our group had to stay behind while the others headed off to our next stop. It wasn't a deal breaker, but I do wish Roger would have been able to manage to our timeline a bit more closely. He's a wonderful artist and such a pleasant guy. Everyone loved the end product.

Some explanation is due: Normally, it takes me an average of 4 minutes to generate a single head-and-shoulders caricature. It turns out that each drawing at this meeting required full-body gags, some were considerably elaborate with backgrounds. One such gag (and I swear this is not an exaggeration) was as follows: riding a pig jumping through a ring of fire, holding a golf club in one hand, a bionic eye shooting a laser, a baby hanging on to the pig's tail, wearing a Wisconsin cheese-head, a high heel on one foot, etc. Some of the people at the meeting did not have their gags prepared which required me to conduct a short interview with each person. Roger was an outstanding addition to our wedding reception, sketching a high number of our guests to rave reviews. He accommodated our various timing requests without question and even agreed to stay an extra hour to finish up with the lines that accumulated through the night. He engaged very well with the guests and was able to 'accentuate' not only physical characteristics, but also relationship and character traits of the reception guests with amazing accuracy. Roger is extremely talented and was a big hit at our wedding! Unfortunately his follow up afterwards was very unprofessional and made us upset. He promised us a sketch (to be drawn in color) after the event so that we did not waste our time during the wedding. I have emailed, Facebook messaged, and called him at least 10 times since the wedding. He does not return my calls. The calls he answers are those that are unexpected and on his cell phone. He promises to send over a sketch but I have never received anything. It's been over 7 months now. This is really unfortunate since his services really were one of the best parts of our wedding. Feeling disappointed...

Roger was wonderful! Truly an artist!! My guests LOVED this pictures and they were as good as a caricature can get! Our guests at our wedding still comment on his work 2 years later. We ended up having to hire him for the remainder of our reception because the line was SO long for those wanting to have their caricature done. He stole the show for sure! He also did a full color caricature of me and my hubby in our wedding attire (I sent him pictures of our outfits before hand) and we used this as our guestbook. It was AWESOME.
