Absolutely fantastic. They played before our wedding ceremony, during our wedding and at cocktail hour. They were very responsive to all our questions and even learned some new music to play. Their music was beautiful and they were incredibly professional.
Due to the weather and cold temperatures, we had to make a last minute change to their location. They were very accommodating. I hope we have the opportunity to work with them again in the future! They would receive our highest recommendation!

David and Nancy wend above and beyond for our wedding on 11/9/19. We had two sort of odd special requests for ceremony music which they were able to accomodate without hesitation, we great with communication leading up to our wedding, on-time, professional, and most importantly TALENTED!!! Our wedding guests loved the combination of pop music and classical, and having Leesburg String Quartet as the centerpeice to our coctail hour was the perfect choice. Highly recommend for any type of event. They really made our special day special.

Leesburg String Quartet added that special classy touch to our wedding. Professional in every aspect and wonderful performers. They accommodated our every request. Our play list ranged from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons to Coldplay and The Beatles. They nailed every note! So many of our guests mentioned how impressed they were with the quartet. The Leesburg String Quartet provided phenomenal service for our wedding ceremony. Not only did they play beautifully, but they were on time, professional, and prompt with their communication. They even offered to play for our rehearsal as a courtesy. I've already recommended them to a friend for their own ceremony and will continue to do so for anyone looking for musicians. What a perfect addition to our wedding day. Leesburg String provided our ceremony music and music during our cocktail hour. They sounded so beautiful. Nancy and Dave worked with us every step of the way. Nancy got to know us and what type of music we liked, and they can play it all! We had everything from Motown to Coldplay. The Quartet complimented our wedding day very well. We would book again! Simply wonderful.

Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience of having the Leesburg String Quartet perform at my daughter's wedding. The preparation for the event was masterfully carried out with several emails and a Zoom meeting. A change in the times for the event from when it was originally booked more than a year in advance to the final time when it occurred was very accommodating. Their performance was beautiful and appreciated by everyone. The only negative was a slight delay in starting the prelude due to the late arrival of two of the quartet members; however this did not adversely affect the ceremony. Our family is very appreciative for this performance.

I'm glad that the two arrived before any of the guests got to the ceremony area, but we were ready to play some duets if the guests had showed up before the full quartet arrived.
And when the ceremony time had to be moved back 3 hours, I'm glad that we could work out a way to make that happen. Yes, we were accommodating, but you also were very accomodating.
With these bumps, and challenging weather, you folks pulled off a BEAUTIFUL wedding!

The Leesburg Ensemble came early. They tuned and warmed up. They meet the other instrumentalists and vocalists. They agreed to play a short take of the singer's song to give her assurance.
They are very friendly and want to play again next year. My pastor wants to have the Handel's Messiah every year now!
They played melodiously with vigor when necessary and quietly when necessary. They took well to all of the tempo changes. They have played The Messiah over 100 times and brought great expertise which allowed me to bring out the choir to the best of my ability.

The quartet arrived right on time and set up ready to play in short order. I had selected a few selections but let it to David and the quartet to select whatever they felt was appropriate for before and after the ceremony and the reception. Leesburg String Ensemble was incredible. They made our little backyard wedding extra special. I worked with them on the set list and they play a wide range of classical and contemporary music. As a bride in the middle of one of the most stressful- and beautiful – times of your life, I would not more highly recommend the Leesburg String Ensemble to provide music for your event. They will take care of the details from beginning to end, making the process extremely easy and stress-free for you. They were one of the least stressful parts of my wedding- and they provided incredible music. I made a huge scheduling mistake a few days before the wedding, and they worked diligently and politely with me to work around that mistake. They handled the entire situation with grace and kindness.
