wow! i am so happy with the Leesburg String Quartet. i hired them for my mom's memorial service, which was a super small service where we just wanted a few of my mom's favorite songs played. They were super detailed and thorough in making sure they understood the program so our day ran smoothly. They are very responsive which was appreciative. They are very professional and talented, my entire family was in awe of their songs and it was a very memorable day for all of us because of them. i highly recommend booking them for your event, they are the best!

I cannot express how incredible LSQ is! David is an absolute pleasure to work with and the musicians are so incredibly talented! The highlight of the entire day was being surprised with “our song” while we were cutting the cake. I had no expectations to hear it and the pure joy that moment brought my new husband and I will be unbeatable for the rest of our lives, truly. They made the day magical! This was our third wedding of three daughters and we had a string quartet for all three. The Leesburg String Ensemble was absolutely the best. They went out of their way to make sure the music was wonderful, even coming to the rehearsal to play. Their music made the wedding ceremony even more beautiful. Quite a few guests commented on the music. I can't recommend them enough.

Nancy and David were very nice and very easy to work with. They have a huge amount of music and were willing to learn anything we wanted. They were very professional, arrived early, and not once did I second guess my decision booking them. Very reasonably priced as well. I did a lot of research on quartets before booking them and they were fantastic.

Leesburg String Quartet was very easy to work with and I am so glad I hired them to play at my father’s memorial service. They were very attentive to our needs and made excellent suggestions when appropriate. When I asked them just days before the event if they could play a very unusual piece for a string quartet, they happily obliged and the event was extra special thanks to them. We are very pleased with Leesburg String Quartet. They showed up on time. Only needed bare mimimum (4 chairs and bottled water). They took requests from the audience, and was top tier as far as their performance. They absolutely are the best act that we have booked in the the last several months. We hired them for a fancy garden party-style event. The music is what tied all the other fixtures of the event together. They played a variety of genres from pop to musical theater to jazz to classical and all were played beautifully. They were easy to schedule and work with, they offered musical options, the party hosts were very pleased, and they did a fantastic job! I hope we can hire them for similar events in the future!

They did an outstanding musical performance for our wedding at the Willard!!! Excellent communication, pre-wedding zoom call to finalize details, and excellent email communication. Thanks to David and Nancy,
a wedding has a lot of trouble to organize all events. David and Nancy have been super supportive in choosing the perfect titles. We booked a duet and it was a challenge to find nice titles for a string duet. The absolute highlight was Beethoven "Freude" (9th Symphony) which both said it was a new title even for them and they made such a wonderful interpretation that it is unforgettable. Thanks a lot to both of you. You can't do anything wrong booking David and Nancy and her colleagues. We could hear the quartet before our wedding and it is great.

Your choice of venue, with that historic old church, was a bit of inspiration for us.
Indeed, some of your choices take a bit of research to find an acceptable 2-voice arrangement, But I must add that there was nothing new about the "Ode to Joy" theme. We've played it, and loved it, for many years. It was just a matter of locating a decent 2-voice version of it. I'm glad our love for Schiller's poem and Beethoven's setting came through!
You are certainly welcome at our quartet concerts, and I'll remember to get the January announcement to you.

Leesburg String Ensemble gave a PHENOMENAL performance for my father's funeral services. They were professional, knowledgeable and a pure joy. They performed mostly classical peices but they did an amazing rendition of Frank Sinatra's I Did It My Way which brought my daughter to tears. They also performed Lift Thine Eyes by Mendolsohn which brought tears to my eyes. Securing them to perform was one of the smartest decisions that I made for the funeral and they really made the day quite special and lovely. They are the BEST!!!!!
