Alan was a perfect fit for our event! He was on time and well dressed. The weather was poor for our outdoor event (rainy,cold & windy) but Alan did not hesitate to play.His fingers must have been cold but he still played beautifully for us and we really appreciated it.At the indoor reception we loved that he checked in with guests to make sure the volume was correct and he checked in advance to make sure his break time worked for us.One of our guests, a young 4 year old just had to have her picture taken with Alan and he accommodated. Alan was so considerate and a true gentleman. He is very talented; his music was beautiful and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Alan, made our day very special! His communication was the best. Meeting in person, he even went and checked out the venue a couple weeks before the wedding to make sure he was going to be all ready to go. His skills with music were top notch. Hands down we would hire Alan again! Thank you sir!!!

Alan did an amazing job. He played the guitar for our ceremony and cocktail hour right afterwards. We contacted him about 8 months before when we started planning and chance had it we could meet him in person. He was extremely agile in responding, understanding of our ideas, and adding some of his great feedback, always being respectful of what we wanted for the ceremony. We requested him to come a day early for a rehearsal and he was promptly there. During the ceremony he was amazing. We had specific requests for the precessional and recessional, the latter being Turn, Turn, Turn, which he arranged for us. Alan is a magnificent person and an amazing musician.

Alan provided the perfect music, including Spanish-style and recognizable classics, for a 2 hour party for about 60 people. His setup was unobtrusive in a small space while the music added class to our gig. Would definitely recommend him to others. Our Event location was near Portland Maine.

We had a wonderful experience using Alan for our wedding ceremony. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and played absolutely beautiful music. He arrived extra early to ensure the sound was right, played music while our guests arrived, and even learned a new song that we had requested. Alan was so easy to work with and made our event a breeze. He understood how stressful weddings can be and did not complicate anything for us, instead he kept his communication exactly to the appropriate length and he showed up and dos his thing exactly as planned. Alan was affordable and on time. He plays a wide range of music so he was able to play our ceremony and cocktail hour. It was great not having a dj play ceremony music and helped create the mood for a small romantic ceremony. He was willing to travel all the way to Boscawen. If you want someone that has talent and is easy to work with he is your guy. It also may seem impossible to have someone play for you with how expensive weddings are, but he will work with your budget. He is a creative guy so we let him play a range of whatever he knew for cocktail hour and people all seemed to enjoy it. Here comes the sun after we were announced husband and wife was my favorite.
