Alan was extremely professional, organized, and timely from the moment we began discussing his performance at our wedding. He took the time to learn the songs we specifically wanted played, traveled from out of town for the celebrations and arrived early to set up at the ceremony -- all of which were very appreciated.

Alan was able to take a very special request - to learn "Old Toy Trains" by Roger Miller, and play it as a surprise for my children at Santa's Village in New Hampshire. He could not have been more accommodating, learning a little-known song on very short notice, and letting our family have a very special memory. Now, if only I could sing.

We hired Alan for a BBQ event that we put on for the clients of our Financial Advising Firm. Alan was very helpful leading up to the event and was willing to accommodate any of our special requests. It ended up raining on the day of the event so we had to make the last minute change to move it inside, and Alan was very willing to accommodate the change even though he had already set up outside. Everyone enjoyed Alan's music and many clients commented on how talented he was. He also played at the perfect volume throughout the event, allowing our guests to both socialize and enjoy his music. We would definitely hire Alan again for any future events.

Being the bride I was not able to listen to much of Alan's performance because I was the last to arrive at the ceremony, however, I received many compliments from my guest on how talented Alan was and how enjoyable it was to listen to him play. Alan was also wonderful throughout the whole planning process offering many suggestions on different pieces we could use during the ceremony and he promptly answered my many questions. From the moment we spoke to Alan, we knew he was the right person to play at our wedding! We talked to him once about what we wanted and he immediately began forwarding us the perfect songs. Alan is accommodating, very responsive, and he communicated with us on a regular basis to build our play-list. He is incredibly talented. We requested a wide range of music, classical to modern and everything in between, and he played it all beautifully. We enjoyed his music so much that we actually asked him to stay for an extra hour. We couldn't have been any happier with our experience with Alan. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind and talented guitarist.

Alan was very talented, & came dressed for the occasion, donning a green coat & St.Patricks day themed tie- which was nice. He was very friendly. A little socially awkward, but extremely talented, we thought. His professionalism & talent really added a nice ambiance to our event. He may have been a little surprised that a couple of other people showed up unannounced to play their fiddles (at first), but he was willing to share the stage w/them, & did not make a fuss about how he was the one that was hired. He was very friendly. He was no bother at all, really. We would like to have him back again if he is available! We appreciated his service. Made the event special!
