Dana was very professional and responsive to our requests and inquiries. He was able to meet our request for a particular song with no issues. He ensured that all information was provided ahead of time so we did not have to worry about the set-up, etc. All of our guests made comments on how much they enjoyed Dana's performance. We would definitely book him again for a future performance and recommend him.

Dana performed at two different weddings for us. At both he proved to be both professional and cooperative. He played not only his own beautiful classical selections, but also learned some modern tunes in order to accompany our vocalist. He communicates well both before and at the wedding, shows up looking good in his tuxedo, and does his performance in a quiet and unassuming manner while lending a touch of elegance to the wedding. I wish to personally thank him for his participation, and wholeheartedly recommend him to any one looking for a quality wedding performer.

Dana is such a great addition to any wedding. He flawlessly set up our acoustics, worked with our wedding ceremony singer and played perfect backup music to her song. Dana gave us complete control, while providing us with guidance and options when deciding what music would make our big day even more magical. He even saved the day by adding in an unplanned extension when our flower girl would not walk down the isle to lead my Bride. On a scale of 1-5 Dana gets a 10, wedding guests are still asking where we found him.

Dana Starkell was great to work with! He was very professional and prompt on responding to requests and questions. There were several ways to contact him and we even used Skype to go over our music selection! He was accommodating to our special requests. I wanted to walk down the aisle to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" and he gave advice for what might sound best and even spent several hours figuring out how to get it just right! He is very talented and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for special music at a wedding or any event!

From the beginning, Dana was professional and prompt in scheduling our event and always open to providing advice on the selections for our wedding ceremony. His website is sophisticated and user-friendly such that choosing songs from his repertoire is simple and enjoyable. Dana was always courteous and cheerful as well in his communications with us. The songs he plays are quite varied, from romantic, to stately, to joyous, and so his music is appropriate for all types of events. Dana is both an extraordinary musician and an absolute professional. He was by far the most punctual, accommodating, and reliable vendor at our wedding. He did not need to be managed, or reminded of anything. He told us exactly what he would do and then did it and more. Dana learned a song for us, changed the key so my 11 year old niece could sing to it and then accompanied her flawlessly. Dana really knows how to make music. He is perfect for a wedding or any event. We could not have been more pleased. To top it off, he is genuinely a nice guy. If you are looking for someone to play at your wedding, you found the guy.

I was so happy with the music on my wedding day. Dana met with me several months prior and we selected every bit of music to be played at the ceremony. When I had to change the time of the ceremony he was very accommodating. I got so many compliments about the music at the ceremony and how it was so personalized. Dana also played background music for our cocktail hour and it fit in perfectly for the atmosphere we were looking for. My wife and I were so lucky to have discovered Dana and his talents. He is an incredibly skilled guitarist who was willing to play whatever we wanted, arranging several pop songs beautifully even though he had never heard them before he met us! Dana was also incredibly flexible on the day of the ceremony. He had no problem making changes to the set list just minutes before the ceremony started. Despite the heat (100 degrees) at our wedding, Dana played beautifully. We still get compliments about his playing from guests. Dana is both an amazing guitarist and a great person. I would recommend Dana to anyone looking for a professional guitarist.
