One of the best indicators that someone really enjoyed themselves at a comedy show, is days later you hear people trying to retell the jokes. James left that impression on everyone that night. He made getting old sound really cool and funny.

mr. lawson was nothing but professional. his comedy was hilarious and he even took the time out to include and learn some things about my family..peformed for 1/2 hour and never complained once when we were running behind. i will definitly be using him again and anyone looking to use him will for sure be satisfied.

We were a group of retired Naval Aviators. James is a nice guy and has talent as a comedian yet I thought that he could have been better prepared for the uniqueness of our group. I had sent James briefing information on our group and what we did as Naval Aviators yet at times during his act, he came across as really not fully understanding who we were. That said, I believe that had he been with a younger group that were more of a general audience he would have been more at ease and would do a great job. James did a good job.

The presentation was great. It was appropriate for the audience which included senior citizens. Mr. Lawson was interactive with the audience. It is also worthwhile to note that he called to confirm the time and arrived early. Great experience!!

James was absolutely wonderful and FUNNY! He used the information I gave him on my dad and incorporated it into his act. The retirement party was a huge success!! Mr. Lawson is a "Professional" in every sense of the word. He communicated throughout the process, keeping patient and relaxed that he'd be on time and not cancel at the last minute. He is a very mature person, he was very cognizant of the audience of young and old and did not swear. His price was fair and reasonable as was his performance time Overall I'd say he was a 10+ in every sense of the word and I don't give out 10's lightly. I hope to invite him back next year.

James did a great job and was very flexible. Not only did he have the challenge of not having a "captive" audience since people were still mingling and there weren't enough seats, but he also brought another comedian to open for him who was equally as talented. In spite of the noise challenges and the length of time he was tasked with filling, he successfully and consistently got great laughs for our crowd. We had a great time!

I would like to begin by saying James Lawson is a hilarious individual who can identify with any audience. Our family reunion had people in attendance ranging in age from 2 to 97 and he entertained everyone thoroughly. Each topic was clean, funny, and delivered with perfection. He was also very professional in appearance and patient in the coordination of this event. His performance at our dinner banquet truly set the tone for a wonderful evening and many compliments. My family and I really enjoyed Mr. Lawson's performance. He is really talented. He was able to put on an enjoyable show that even my 9 and 11 year old sons enjoyed. He was the highlight of the evening and my guest are still raving about his performance. For my next big event I plan on reaching out to Mr. Lawson and I would recommend him to anyone who enjoys good clean comedy that the whole entire family can relate to and enjoy!
