The Trip was great. Good guys....Nice, professional, talented. They are very tight musicians and stay on top of the hits, old and new. As th groom, it really felt good because it was our weddding, but it was essentially a concert as well. The attendees of our wedding loved the band. When we ran into our friends and family after the wedding, usually the first thing out of their mouth would be how great the band was. Thanks to The Trip, and when we have another event, we'll hire them again.

HIRE THE TRIP!!! I am telling you that you won't regret it. We had them for our NY Eve wedding and they were AMAZING! They are extremely professional, very nice, and most of all, talented. Everyone was getting their business card afterwards and was talking about how great they were days later. One of the managers at the Four Seasons where we got married told me that in the 9 years he worked there, it was the best band they have ever had there. I wished they could have played for us every night. They sounded like the bands whose songs they cover. I am telling you-if you want a great event, wedding etc. hire them!!!!!!!!

The Trip richly deserves their #1 rating. We engaged them for our daughter's wedding 12/27/08 in Santa Barbara. Not only were they professional, prompt and responsive, but they are an incredibly talented group. We had an equal mix of 20-somethings and over-50s in attendance, and everyone raved about the band. Our photographer (who has shot many, many weddings) said she had never seen so many people flock to a dance floor at a wedding before. Our wedding coordinator, who has worked with many bands but never before with the Trip, said to us, "Great call on the band." Bravo to the Trip. Steve & Peggy, Santa Barbara.

The best and easiest decision we have ever made was booking the trip for our wedding. My wife and I had the most amazing night of our lives, and it was due mostly to how much our guests, families, and friends enjoyed the night of dancing and killer music that The Trip delivered. This is an amazing band, do yourself a favor and hire them for whatever event you might have coming up... you and your guests will have the time of their lives and The Trip will always make you feel comfortable that you've made the correct decision by hiring them. When these guys aren't playing their many types of events, they are rocking the bars. Go see them play, you'll be sold!!!!

The Trip was the perfect band for our wedding! We wanted a group that would not play all of the standard songs that are always heard at every wedding or event--more classic rock--less cheese. We didn't even have a chance to hear them live first--just took the word of others they had worked with before of how good they were. They responded to all of our calls, emails, and requests quickly and were very easy to work with. They even came extra early to set up and waited several hours to play with no complaints. Everyone loved their music and how they played to the dancing. I would hire them again with no reservations--great group of guys and very talented!

I couldn’t have asked for a better band to perform for our event. This was a corporate function, but I would use them for any event. I heard about them through the site I was using for our party and went on line to check them out. The clips of songs they had posted sold our company and me right away. When they performed, they proved that we were right about them. The song list was a variety that all enjoyed and guest loved when request were taken. The Trip was fantastic. One word that comes to mind is "awesome." they made our wedding extra special. the guests are still talking about how great the band was. the dance for was crowded from the moment they began playing and continued throughout the night. These guys were awesome, professional, fun and rocked. I hired them sight unseen for a high end wedding in Carmel Valley and it could not of gone better. There video on the site does not fully capture how great this band was. We still have people from our wedding asking about these guys. I would recommend these guys 100% for your event!

The Trip truly made our wedding reception--solid rock classics, great vocals, awesome attitude made for a killer performance. Our collective guests had been to hundreds of weddings, and each one of them said this wedding was the the most fun, and The Trip helped make that happen. My father said he's never danced for 4 hours straight before. If you want a true party, book these guys; I plan to try mightliy to get them to the east coast to see them again.

All of the Band members are very talented and quite accomodating. Everyone in my 50th Birthday bash had commented to me how wonderful The Trip was. Even the "younger" family members who are not really into Classic Rock and Roll had told me without prompting them how wonderful and talented The Trip were.
They were on time, courteous and professional in every way, and played all the songs I had requested, and even learned a few songs at my request for my party. They are Way too cool, I could not have had a better experience with another band in the Southern Califorinia area. I will ask for them at my next bash which I hope will be sooner than later.

The Trip was an amazing group of guys with extraordinary talent. We gave very little direction and they took it upon themselves to show us a great time and succeeded. Booking The Trip for our wedding was the single best decision we made. They were amazing! All of our guests are still raving about them, and here I am on my honeymoon doing an online review because I love these guys SO much and would refer anyone who wants to have the best party of their life to book them! Only problems were that 1. I never got to eat cake because I kept waiting for them to play a song I didn't like which never happened, and 2. I danced my toe-polish off which I didn't even know was possible. Trip- if you're reading this. PLEASE consider a re-lo to NJ so I don't have to fly all the way out here to have my next party!
