Kelly was great! She handled several unusual requests for intros and music, and communication was easy. She maintained a solid and fun dance floor with a diverse crowd -- mostly the older crowd earlier on and the younger crowd later on. She adjusted quickly when asked, and she had a great personality.

John is terrific! He's not only very talented, but also very professional, courteous, responds promptly to questions, and was accommodating to anything we needed. We hired John to perform for our club's 85th anniversary Gala (200+ people) and were delighted with his live singing performance for the cocktail hour and as DJ for the dinner dance. John has a knack for reading his audience and selecting music that appeals to a wide age range. He certainly had our group up on the dance floor the whole night having a ball. We would definitely have him back for future events.

John did an awesome job at my wedding!!! I knew as soon as I saw his available song list on gig masters that he would be the perfect dj. One of my friends was about to request a song from John... and sure enough he starts playing that exact song. He has such an immense knowledge of music and it shows in his dj skills. I highly recommend John to anyone who needs a dj for any kind of event and any type of music. He made my wedding day absolutely perfect, I didn't stop dancing for a single second. Thank you John!!!

John Alden did an amazing job at my party! He had young and old dancing the night away. He independently, professionally sets himself and all his equipment up quickly and without a whisper. As a party host of fifty, that was extremely helpful to me that he needs not a drop of direction! I will certainly be using him again and recommending him to everyone hosting a party. Prior to my party, I had read other reviews of Alden Entertainment and one had wished they had him sing more than one song. So here is my advice...go for the cocktail hour singing , you will not regret it. John in a tux singing , songs of your choice, made my party all the more memorable:)

John was so patient with my group, who at times, took over the microphone. At the end of the event, he graciously plugged it in again, so that we could talk to the crowd. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a 40th reunion, so the music was mostly 70s, with some current music mixed in. He provided just the atmosphere I wanted, and it was so appreciated! Alden was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding party. We had a huge list of different songs and we wanted them all to be played at the right time. We emailed the list of 166 songs to John a week before the party and he showed up, setup, and people had a great time. Everyone complimented that the music was excellent and that it wasn't so loud you can't hear yourself think. As the event was at my house I was planning on having an after party and wanted to setup my stereo system before John left. John helped me carry and assemble all the components before he left and the music never skipped a beat. Highly recommended!
