Derek did a fantastic job on my niece's wedding. Sang acopella for her ceremony. Was very accommodating on last second changes. Would highly recommend.

Very professional, accommodating to our big family Party, pleasing all ages of varied music. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked. Such as waiting for Dinner toasts or opening presents photographs. Thank you Derek! Everyone was raving about you!

Derek was awesome. He did pretty much EXACTLY what we wanted for our 'beer tasting' hour and our reception. The dance floor was POPPIN'!!

For my daughter's Sweet 16, Derek provided the perfect mix of party and dance music, incorporating previously agreed playlists while also managing on-the-spot requests with ease. He had a great rapport with the guests (about 60-70 teens) had them up on their feet, singing and dancing for most of the night (a great accomplishment with this crowd). Our venue was small, but he had experience playing there before so was able to adjust the sound to the perfect volume to keep both kids and old fogeys happy. He also brought just the right mix of lights to add sparkle to the atmosphere without being too much or too distracting. Definitely will hire again - Thanks Derek!

My guests said this was the best party they ever, and they really loved the music. We played old songs from the 50's. I provided Derek with requests in advance, and he played every single one of them. I know he had to download a good number of them just for this and I do thank him. He did a 5 hour party and it all went very well. He takes his work very seriously. I don't think I ever saw him smile. Everyone danced (! ) and had a blast. Something to be said for good old rock and roll. Thank you Derek.

Derek was terrific and the music went smoothly from afternoon (chamber music) to dinner (50s & 60's ballads) to dancing (classics like chacha and rhumba through modern favorites). He was timely, professional, and I didn't need to check in with him unless I needed something. He happily accommodated every request we had, and was very flexible. Working with Derek was a pleasure.

Derek was great. We were nervous because we never met him since our wedding was out of state. But he was really professional, he was very attentative to what we wanted to hear. He was organized. Our wedding was outside & the ceremony was in a different area from the reception but he had the appropriate set up to make sure everything was done perfectly. Thank you Derek.
