Derek Evan is a DJ/MC providing entertainment services at events of all kinds throughout the NJ, PA, NY, and CT areas. He is also a singer and recording artist, and the founder of Derek Evan Entertainment, LLC. He has been in the entertainment business since 1986, and has been a DJ for the past 13 years. He also has extensive knowledge of many different musical genres and eras. 

We bring all of our own equipment, including high-quality speakers and DJ mixers, microphones, speaker stands, a DJ table, and all necessary wires and cables. He also keeps back-up equipment on stand-by just in case a piece of equipment should happen to break down or develop a problem at some point during an event. 
 
If you are interested in booking a DJ for your event through our company, you will be able to contact the DJ directly to discuss your event and ask any questions that you might have. Derek did a fantastic job on my niece's wedding. Sang acopella for her ceremony. Was very accommodating on last second changes. Would highly recommend.

We were really pleased with everthing. The only thing we were alittle dissapointed about what that our first dance song was a little jumbled. The song wasn't started from the begining and everyone was invited to the floor too soon but other than that everything was perfect. Everyone had a wonderful time and honestly I was a drunk bride at the end of the night belting out songs with everyone else. Haha.
