dj Buddy Holly was extremely professional and helpful. He explained everything fully in advance and showed up on time (an hour early)and set up with no problems whatsoever. We sent him list after list of songs we wanted and he accomodated us by acquiring almost every single song (about 100 tunes and all very new). He was dressed nicely and his manner was great. The kids loved it and asked me to through another party soon. I would definitely recommend dj Buddy Holly to anyone looking for a dj. Thanks, Jean

DJ Buddy Holly showed up on time and set up his equipment in a speedy manner. He played the type of music that I requested and was motivating on the mike. He is definitely a true professional. All the students that I spoke with gave him rave reviews. I have already recommended him to a friend who is having a party. She assured me that she was going to hire him.

We had a great party and, of course, the music is of highest importance. The only reason I droped the rating half a point under "talent" is that for my personal preference, I would have liked a little more DJ to dancer interactions & some music into or music defined interactions. Overall, it was a great success and I would hire DJ Buddy Holly again.

DJ Buddy Holly did a great job at our daughter's sweet sixteen party. We really enjoyed the music, the lights, great quality. He was punctual, he set up everything as planned and promised. We had requested for some Bollywood songs which he could not get but played all the other songs requested in advance before the event. Would surely recommend him for his quality, his professionalism and punctuality.

WOW! Dj Buddy Holly made this party happen. Nikita loved his music and was great in providing just what she had requested. Every kid at the party loved him! Not only was he professional but his interaction with me and the kids was friendly. He came early and was ready to go right at 6:00. Dj Buddy Holly worked non-stop. Several of the CV Cheer Team were at the party and we all agree we want him to play at our Home Coming dance this next year. It is one of our biggest fundraisers for the team. I would be happy to personally recommend him for any gig. So many of the kids and parents said what a nice guy he was! And the music rocked! :)

DJ Buddy Holly performed at our wedding in Napa, CA and did a fantastic job ensuring our 180 guests (from ages 8 to 89) had a great time. Throughout the planning process he was very responsive to our emails and phone calls and was happy to accommodate any of our requests (including lots of last minute changes). He showed up early and left plenty of time to setup (he was given the wrong location by the event staff but was still able to move all his equipment to the correct location on time). He played a wide range of music that got everyone dancing and was able to stay later than we originally requested. We would definitely use him again for future events.

DJ buddy holly was very easy going especially with last minute changes. He was great with handling his emcee responsibilities. Also, the dance playlist kept us on the dance floor the entire night. I could barely tear myself away from dancing to thank our guests! Big thanks to DJ buddy holly we had an awesome time!!

DJ Buddy Holly was fantastic! I highly recommend him and would definitely book him again for any event. He was incredibly talented, accommodating and very professional. We let him choose the music for our very diverse crowd and not only did he keep the energy going, he was able to improvise at the drop of a hat and theme tunes to what was happening at our event. What a great talent!

DJ buddy Holly was very attentive to our requests for a dinner party celebration (Bar Mitzvah) which was condensed to 3 hours due to music/sound restrictions. Kids enjoyed dance music- "Hahve Negillah" dancing was fun - though DJ needs to be more demonstrative & could have presented stronger emcee skills thruout the evening- overall, David was good - we'll recommend him for future events in need of a great DJ at reasonable cost!- loved the 'Buddy Holly' sunglasses handed out to kids during event! Thanks!!!

DJ Buddy Holly is professional. He is inexpensive and perfect for the budget minded who seek a good cost alternative to the expensive and interactive DJs. He showed up on time, he aims to please, and there wasn't any problems with his equipment. DJ Buddy Holly is the perfect no thrills DJ. If you'd like someone who calls out songs, is in the "with it/youth" crowd, or does something spectacular I'd suggest seeking another guy.

This client told me to keep a low profile and not have high interaction with the crowd. Allen specified no special group dances and to just play Top 40 music that will keep the kids happy. The kids were singing along to all the songs and dancing the whole time. I feel bad that the client feels this way. The client seemed nice. He wore a t-shirt that said "Grateful Dad" to his son's Bar Mitzvah. This client also talked to me more about his music studio than the details of his son's party. I am trying to understand why he would specify to have a low profile DJ and then complain when I followed his instructions. They told me I did a five star job after the party.
