Hale Baskin has a phenomenal voice and is backed up by a band of incredibly gifted musicians. The music which they provided was perfect for dancing, listening and as a background for conversation. Our guests of all ages enjoyed the style of music and were amazed by Hale's vocals. Hale prepared songs for our special dances, providing us with some of the sweetest, most tender moments of the day. If there were more stars on your review, we would rate this group off the charts. The band created the perfect atmosphere for our daughter's wedding and we feel so very blessed to have afforded this extraordinary group for her and our new son!

Oh my goodness, our guests LOVED Hale and her musicians! I am just SO upset that I didn't get to hear them myself, but I heard only the greatest things about the style, musicality and talent of the trio. All three looked very professional (I saw them from afar while I was running around before the cocktail hour), which is awesome. My family is very musical and all my musical family members thought Hale and her team did such a great job. The jazz music was the perfect touch to our cocktail hour and I could NOT have been happier with how everything turned out! Hale was also awesome to work with!

One week before our event, we found ourselves looking for a Jazz performer for our Employee Quarterly Meeting. Using Gig Masters to source potential groups, we identified Hale as the preferred group based on the stellar reviews and the professionalism of her Web presence. Working with her agent to ensure our expectations were met was a breeze and everyone was accommodating to our schedule.

The band looked and sounded fantastic. Well worth the money spent for the larger big band. Hale was very accommodating, and the band members were not only super nice guys, they were true professionals. Just like I wanted, they played some jazz, some blues, and then later on threw in some soul tunes that kept everyone dancing.

Fun and professional! Lovely and talented! We knew as soon as we listened to Hale on gig masters that her sound was exactly what we were looking for. We love to do our research though, and after visiting her Facebook page, and speaking with her personally, we discovered she was trustworthy, and had our best interest at heart. She agreed to not only play her set of jazz and swing, but also play our pre-set first dance, and father daughter dance from our I-pod. Hale and her band were friendly, upbeat, and made even the most timid of guests hit the dance floor!

We were delighted with Hale Baskin's performance at our wedding. Hale and her band provided exactly the kind of laid back elegance we wanted. She pleased the jazz purists (like me and my Dad!) and who wanted to hear jazz in the Ella Fitzgerald tradition, and also the family members just who wanted to boogie on down.
Hale's band are consummate professionals, capable of playing a wide range of musical styles and above all showcasing Hale's talent. Hale has a great future, and we will be following her career with interest.

I hired Hale and four band members for my wedding in Austin, Texas. She had a drummer, bassist, keyboardist, and saxophonist. The entire band sounded amazing and did really well. Hale has a beautiful voice and the saxophonist really stood out with his awesome solos. They were all dressed very nicely and kept the party going. My sister-in-law asked to perform an impromptu song and Hale graciously stepped aside to let her sing. She made all announcements and worked well within the space provided. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding. I still have guests telling me how much fun they had and how great the band was. They are also very reasonably priced!

What a great performance! All ages enjoyed Hale and her band. We had a great time and the party really picked up once Hale took the stage. I will recommend Hale to everyone. Hale Baskin is incredible! If you listen to her demos on Gigmaster, or her album on itunes - multiply what your hear by 1000. She has an incredible voice. A voice, that when heard live, will make you think you discovered her on Verve Records rather than Gigmasters. Hale sang at our wedding in Yosemite, and my wife and I, as well as our friends, cannot think of another voice that could hold its own in the majesty of such a setting. Hale and her band were just incredible. In the weeks before the wedding, she was completely accessible, and completely accommodating to our requests. She is simply the best!

Hale and her band did an amazing job and were such professionals! I am so glad we had them perform at our Grey Goose Cocktail party for the new Ruth's Chris in Uptown. They really helped elevate the experience, ambiance, and vibe of the party. Their mix of blues, jazz, and modern songs wowed my guests. They could not stop talking about how amazing the band was.
