John approached this engagement with professionalism. Given the naure of our venue, John and his associate Jimmy Brown were very receptive in sructuring their performance to our specialized needs. The target audience (children)were entertained and held captive by Jimmy. I even noticed the parents were drawn in as the performance continued. John Carlson was extremely professional, and he was very entertaining. We hired John for our child's 7th birthday party, but all of the adults also enjoyed his show. The kids loved him! I highly recommend John Carlson, you woun't be disappointed!

He was absolutely wonderful. Any person that can make 30 children ages 2-7 sit for an hour really is a magician. I would HIGHLY recommend him and I will probably use him again myself. Thank you, Laura King

John Carlson was wonderful! He had a tough little audience children 2-9 yrs old on a very hot day, but he was able to get them laughing and involved. The adults were laughing too! He was very professional and very talented. Thank you, John for a great performance!!

The children were enthralled with his act and many of the adults made sure to let me know how much they and their children enjoyed the show. Even today my wife Christine is telling people how funny and entertaining John's show was.John's puppet was a great hit and the perfect way to end the performance!

John was great - easy to work with in terms of scheduling a time, and he even worked the theme of our party into his act! We have booked him for future engagements and can't wait to have him back, as both young and old loved him. As an adult, I thought his jokes were terrific and I liked the fact that he included humor for adults in his presentation!

Everyone enjoyed John's magic show. He had all the childrens and adults complete attention during the show. He was very funny. He gave each of the children some recognition. The older children (ages 11 & 12) were especially excited when he produced a live rabbit. He was wonderful. WE thoroughly enjoyed him.

John Carlson performed at our daughter's 6th birthday party and the experience was truly "magical." He kept all the kids and adults amused and laughing and having a wonderful time! His act included everything - ventriloquist, magic tricks, jokes, balloon characters, audience participation, extra special attention for the birthday girl and the "piece de resistance" - the live rabbit, "Oreo!" It really was a birthday party our daughter will never forget. Thank you, John! You are the best!

john came to my daughter's christening where we had 200 people. about 40 kids were PERFECTY entertained and i just keep haring compliments from parents about how great he was. if you can get 'em, book 'em NOW!! highly recommended.

He is a very good ventriloquist as well as children's magician. Very funny, the adults enjoyed the show as much as the kids. We would have him again for sure.
