Marietta Country Club really enjoyed David. His music was awesome and he kept the members out on the dance floor. Whether he was playing the guitar or playing music our members throughly enjoyed him. I would definitely use him again for another event.

David was so awesome. We had such s great time at our party, and all of my guests were raving about him. Not only does he have a beautiful voice and abundant talent, but he has a great energy about him. David played at our wedding and reception a few weeks ago. From the prelude music, ceremony music, and reception music it was just fantastic. He played and sang during our cocktail hour and dinner, then DJ'd some dance records late into the evening. Everyone danced and had a great time. And David even got up and boogied with us - it was so much fun! I highly recommend David - he is incredibly talented and so much fun to work with.

David is so much fun! He is extremely talented and played beautiful music for my daughter's wedding reception,
but his true gift is his ability to read the audience and accomodate to the group so that everyone joins in on the fun. He even taught our group some line dancing moves! Thanks David for a great time!

I worked with David to provide the entertainment for an outdoor high school graduation party. David arrived early, was fully set up and ready to go at the onset of the party. I reviewed his song list and shared our preferences before the party and David did a great job accommodating our requests. He worked to engage the crowd which was a mix of high school grads, some younger students, parents and grandparents. David has an amazing voice and talent. We loved our experience working with David and would recommend him to everyone. I think his versatility and talent would adjust to any type of party. I could not have been more pleased with David!

I am a perfectionist with very high expectations - and David exceeded them all !! He arrived in plenty of time to set up before our event and was very professional. He didn't have any crazy demands or any demands for that matter. He is a very talented musician with a great voice. He interacted with our group, let some of our employees come up and sing with him and even joined our group on the dance floor. No doubt we will be using his services again. HE IS AMAZING AND LOTS OF FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have known David for a few years and have seen him play at various venues. However when I hired him to play at my wedding I never imagined how awesome he would be. He sang Amazing Grace for me during the wedding in honor of my grandmother, he was absolutely amazing. I have received my pictures back and I can honestly say I don't think there was one person not dancing.

David was the number one factor in making a successful evening of our wedding party. While the the Bride and I where pre-occupied with chatting with guests David was leading the party in a way that wasn't intrusive but had everyone joining in. Great music, great Artist and a must for a real party.

David was absolutely amazing! He showed up early to set up and was ready to go when the first guest arrived. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing requests throughout the night. His talent and lengthy set list is impressive and was appreciated by everyone at the party. David not only got everyone on the dance floor but even led some line dancing. He stayed late and played DJ well after his contracted time. We are planning other parties this year and will definitely book David!

Admittedly a perfectionist with the highest expectations, I diligently searched for months. David exceeded my every expectation. He is tremendously talented, has an extensive and diverse playlist, is a performer with style and charisma who instantly connected with my guests (ages 22-74) and was able to read the crowd at every moment. Working with David on the front end of the event was delightfully easy. He brings a certain calm when last minute party details are chaotic. He arrived early and stayed late. My guests are still raving about him! A TREMENDOUSLY powerful performer. One negative comment - if you don't hire him, you've made a mistake. He's the best.

David was AWESOME! He was easy to book and communicate with. He was very attentive to what we were looking for before our party. He showed up early, got all set up and was ready to perform before his actual start time. He did not have any crazy demands and he played amazing music, has a great voice and we were thrilled with his performance. He even got the crowd going by joining them for a short stint on the dance floor. We will definitely be using him again and I honestly don't think you could get anyone better! I hired David Payton, though GigMasters, for our corporate reception and dinner. When I booked David, I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Everything was smooth booking and paying through the website. Absolutely painless. On the day of the event, David was prompt, set up and ready to go for our function. His talent and professionalism, blew me away. He was the best choice I feel I coudl have made. Our guests loved him, as well. Great voice, nice collection of music and overall great experience.

When we were looking for someone to play at our wedding, let's just say we were looking for one thing - Cheap. We had already blown most of our budget and had hardly any to spend.
Then we found David. He wasn't very expensive and got great reviews. I decided to give him a try, and thank god I did. He was just awesome. David was very flexible with our requests and had the crowd dancing the whole time (he even came out and danced with us!!).
He knew exactly what songs to play at the right time.
If you are looking for a great time for a relatively competitive price...GO WITH DAVID! Trust me....THANKS DAVID!

Our group of 80 human resources professionals and their guests thoroughly enjoyed David. The conference committee made a change in David's assignment instead of playing for a catamaran cruise he was in the ballroom entertaining between cruises. He was great with the change. He had a really good rapport with our people. I would highly recommend David. We would definitely have him at another event. We have conferences 2 times a year normally in Louisiana or Texas. This particular conference was in Biloxi.
