Vaughn and Sensory Expressions were the perfect band for our 50th anniversary of the founding of our sailing club. The cocktails and festive dancing by our members was superb. Sailing and Caribbean Island music belong together. Water and sailboats in the background provided a perfect atmosphere.

Vaughn and Sensory Expressions were the true highlight of our beach themed event! Just one note on that steel pan drum and you immediately get transported to somewhere tropical. We highly recommend Sensory Expressions and will definitely be reaching out to book them for our same event next year!

Sensory Expressions (the steel drummer) was AMAZING! We had the steel drummer Vaughn during our cocktail hour for our reception and he kept the guest entertained the entire time. He set the tone for our Caribbean reception and I would highly recommend Sensory Expressions for your next event.

Sensory Expressions performed for my husband's 60th birthday party. They arrived early and prepared for the evening. The music selections were well received by our guests and everyone had an amazing evening. I would highly recommend them if someone is in need of a live band experience. Very professional from start to finish - excellent group ! Many comments from attendees of the North Carolina Food Truck State Championship in Randleman, NC such as I can close my eyes and feel like I'm in the Caribbean with a breeze blowing through my hair. Several musical groups and this is the best one yet one man said. When are they coming back ? These are comments you want to hear and that is what we heard from the public. Quick to respond. On time. Friendly and accommodating. Easy to work with and simply amazing. Such a talented musician. Came out early for my birthday brunch and played nonstop. My guest enjoyed the island vibe! We did not want it to stop. I would absolutely use this group again.

Sensory Expressions made my dads 91st birthday celebration very memorable. The guest finally became relaxed when the band started playing. The female vocalist was outstanding and left us speechless. My only regret is that I didn't have them for the entire party.

Sensory Expressions were absolutely amazing! Vaughn stayed in touch with me during the planning stages & did a great job with keeping me informed as to what the band required to get set up to play. The guys did not hesitate to learn how to play our "first dance" song which was not a song they had played previously. It sounded fantastic!! They were so entertaining & did a great job of getting guests to dance (even during their breaks)! They are extremely talented musicians and they are a lot of fun. Every one of the 6 musicians who played at my wedding were personable and professional. The guests continue to make positive comments! Thanks so much guys! You were FIRE??
