Sensory Expressions made my dads 91st birthday celebration very memorable. The guest finally became relaxed when the band started playing. The female vocalist was outstanding and left us speechless. My only regret is that I didn't have them for the entire party.

They took liberties at our home, going in and taking beverages from our refrigerator when we had drinks out by the pool for everyone. Brought too many extra people that layed in lounge chairs for guests ...

Hi Kimberly,I think you have us mixed up with some other group. We only had our 6 band members. I never heard of any such behavior and we are always professional. I know members spoke to guess during our break and one of the guess brought a few members water to drink and did not take any such liberties. We were extremely accommodating for a pool side space that was smaller than spelled out in the contract along with having cover from the elements. This caused equipment to get wet when a rain storm came almost damaging 10's of thousands of dollars in equipment and Instrumentation. Please call me. Thanks, Vaughn

Wow, so impressed with the sound generated on the steel drums. Everyone loved hearing the beautiful calypso, Caribbean infused music. I received a lot of compliments and I plan to use him again.

We went with Vaughn sight unseen and he did not disappoint. He was a one man steel drum party. Kept the energy up at our hour and a half cocktail hour for our wedding. Overall great experience stress free would highly reccomend to anyone considering.

We had a blast with Sensory Expressions, and on our wedding day no other local reggae band would suffice. The cocktail hour came to life with Vaughn's steel drumming. And everyone danced all night long to the good vibes and smooth rhythms of the band. My friend is getting married next July, she's already asking me to hook her up with Sensory Expressions.

Vaughn was awesome at our wedding ceremony! He arrived early, was professional, and set up in an excellent location. His setup was loud enough to be heard by all guests, and he played beautifully. He was even able to learn a quick song I requested ahead of time. Many of our guests told me how great the music was, and how much they enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend Vaughn for any function!

Very professional from start to finish - excellent group ! Many comments from attendees of the North Carolina Food Truck State Championship in Randleman, NC such as I can close my eyes and feel like I'm in the Caribbean with a breeze blowing through my hair. Several musical groups and this is the best one yet one man said. When are they coming back ? These are comments you want to hear and that is what we heard from the public. Vaughn with Sensory Expressions was absolutely fantastic. He played the steel drums for our Company Christmas party and his music couldn't have been more perfect. Sensory Expressions were absolutely amazing! Vaughn stayed in touch with me during the planning stages & did a great job with keeping me informed as to what the band required to get set up to play. The guys did not hesitate to learn how to play our "first dance" song which was not a song they had played previously. It sounded fantastic!! They were so entertaining & did a great job of getting guests to dance (even during their breaks)! They are extremely talented musicians and they are a lot of fun. This band was perfect for our event. Vaughn was a delight to work with. They were on time, professional, talented, and a lot of fun. We had guests in their 30's to 70's and all were out on the dance floor throughout the evening. It was a magical night and I would certainly recommend them and hire them again. Next time I want to hear their sax player!
