For a summertime baby shower, what better theme to give your celeration than one with a garden-centric boho vibe? Perfect for a gender-neutral shower, the décor for a this theme centers around the natural beauty of the outdoors with lots of bumblebee puns sprinkled in. (Think: mother-to-bee, “thanks for bee-ing here,” ”you’re sweet as honey.”)

All in all, it took three months to plan this gorgeous baby shower—and it shows! Between the lush floral arrangements, whimsical calligraphy and beautiful food spread, it’s a shower for the books. The mamma- and father-to-be decided not find out the gender, so the theme had to be something neutral. The bee theme was chosen as a nod to "What will it bee?" Then pink and blue touches were added in to show some boy and girl love.
OCCASION: Gender-Neutral Baby Shower
Really set the scene with live music. A singing guitarist can serenade guests as they arrive, then help break the ice during the inevitable present-opening ceremony.
Serve up a diverse spread of hummus, charcuterie, cheese, and the season’s freshest fruits: blackberries, strawberries, grapes, raspberries and figs.
A refreshing, sweet sip is a must. Place pre-bottled lemonade in an ice bucket—filled with floral ice cubes of course—and dress up the bottles with paper straws and name tags.
