Donald did an outstanding job for my husbands 50th birthday party. I can't say enough, other than you won't regret hiring him for your event. He is accommodating, entertaining & very talented. Donald left a memorable impression in the minds of those who attended our beloved mother's funeral. There wasn't a dry eye in the church by the time he finished his rendition of Amazing Grace. Further, he took care of every detail, from start to finish, once he was given the contact info for the Funeral Parlor and Church. At a difficult time, when clarity of mind is elusive, he gave us one less thing to worry about. He even came to the burial site and continued his healing music. He will not be forgotten.

I will forever be grateful to Don. my mother loved Irish music and always wanted bagpipes to play at her funeral, I didn't think we would be able to give her that because her funeral was on St.Patricks Day. Don went out of his way to make it possible for us to give our mother this one last gift. not only did we find a great piper we found a new friend

Five stars all the way around for bagpiper Donald Ross! Along with being a professional, Donald brings a genuine, heartfelt approach to his work. Compassionate and considerate, he handled our particular needs with an incredible sense of integrity and honor. He also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process with timely e-mails, which were helpful as we planned the funeral from out-of-state. We can't say enough about this bagpiper who provided the ultimate touch to our father's funeral. Donald is the REAL DEAL.

During a very difficult time for our family (planning my Father's funeral), Donald was caring, compassionate, yet professional. He took the time to arrange a meeting with the organist in advance of the funeral to review and practice our music choices. He then offered to play additional music during the military honors at the funeral as well as patriotic songs at the luncheon.
He sent a very nice follow up text thanking me for allowing him to be a part of the funeral proceedings, but it is my family and I who need to thank him!

Donald Ross, wrote me an e-mail concerning the type of music he was going to play at my Mom's Memorial service. The music he picked out was like he knew my Mother. My Dad said that my Mom was smiling and would of said why did we wait. He is very talented!! He also is very personable. A very kind man. Thank you again Donald Ross.
