Mr. White was extremely friendly and compassionate, very accommodating, especially considering that we had no real plans. We were very casual and he went along with our free-form ceremony as though that was what he planned all along. Everyone enjoyed his music, including some surprised hikers coming down off the mountain. We also enjoyed his company before the ceremony.

Mr. White was very friendly, and we enjoyed listening to him very much. We would have liked more than three songs, but the three he did were wonderful and enjoyed by everyone. I would contact him again. Since this was a surprise for my mother, she was totally surprised and very excited and pleased.

Robert White was a wonderful performer and adhered to our requests. His professionalism lacked a bit, however that did not take away from his overall performance and our satisfaction with his services. I would recommend his services in the future.

My wife and I were very pleased with both the professionalism and talent of Robert during our wedding ceremony in February 2011. He provided great recommendations for songs, as we were unsure what to select. Robert was prompt, very polite, easy to work with, and all around a great component of our wedding ceremony. His performance was a highlight of our very memorable day.

Attire exquisite, arrived promptly on time, hit a few sour notes, but otherwise lovely. Was willing to reduce his fee a bit which we apprectiated Overall just felt like communcation somewhat difficult,i.e.not returning calls promptly. At wedding chose on his own to continue playing recessional after he marched out behind the wedding party Instructions were to stop,& violin/piano duet planned for remaining escort out of mothers & guests.Stated afterward that he made that "call" at the moment because he thought it'd sound nice to continue. Frustrating to have to get director to stop him finally after several additional minutes.Good intentions maybe, but not our plan

Mr. White's performance was very beautiful and he is very talented, however, I did hear from my wedding coordinators and other guest that Mr. White came in and started running the show and was telling them what to do rather than what I had requested.
After the ceremony instead of Mr. White waiting until we were in our designated areas away from our guest he stopped us at the end of the the last row and approached us with his performance and asked us to give him a good feedback. I thought was very unprofessional!

Mr. White was very enthusiastic on the phone and I felt confident we had made the correct choice, based on his website and our conversations. Unfortunately, the number of songs and the execution was far below our expectations. Mr. White had been ill with pneumonia recently and in my opinion should have informed us sooner that he was unable to perform, as agreed. We tried to accommodate his needs by altering the plan, but sadly it was a great disappointment; it was not the highlight of the wedding. Quite the opposite! We are so sorry that he was not feeling well, but we could have made other arrangements if I had been notified.

Bagpipper was very pushy for payment prior to providing service, made it very clear he was in a rush to leave from the moment of arrival. Disappointed in actual performance did not match what was advertised and was not able to perform songs correctly.

Robert showed up early, long before the wedding ceremony even started. He was friendly with us and our guests and certainly accommodated our requests. He went above and beyond and even stayed to play a little more than he was required. He is a US military veteran and was a pleasure to have as a part of our wedding celebration. Thanks!

Delighted to have Robert at a recent celebration of life service. Robert was very sensitive to the situation and knew how to quickly assess the event and the proper way to handle. He was a real pleasure to meet and I much appreciated having his good experience and professionalism at the event. And, of course ... his bagpipe playing was beautiful and enjoyed by all in attendance. I can highly recommend Robert.
