I can't say enough about Thom. He came through like a champ. Professional in all our correspondence, he did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it and everything was done to top caliber. Thank you Thom for taking part in our memorial, the handling of your services was one major part that I did not have to worry about at all. You were on top of everything and kept me in the loop in a timely and complete fashion. I wholeheartedly recommend Thom and will use him again in the future should the need arise.

Thom Moore was absolutely phenomenal!!! I literally cannot begin to even explain how thankful I am that I found Thom on Gigmasters. HE IS THE BEST! Right from the very beginning, I was welcomed with a very quick response and he answered every single question I had. Down to the planning of the songs we were going to use for the ceremony... he even played during our cocktail hour which was a complete hit. Everyone loved and adored him, and my family that traveled here from Scotland was absolutely thrilled! I can't tell you how many people were just completely blown away by his pure talent! Thom was a great asset to our ambitious Burns Supper. He had a long list of songs committed to memory, switched between bagpipes and small bagpipes as the mood required and was very approachable and friendly with our guests. He played to a very high standard and incorporated himself into the event perfectly. He has my thanks and appreciation. I highly recommend Thom.

I booked Thom almost a year before my event. As the date drew nearer we got in contact and it turned out that Thom had a very important family even that ended up being scheduled at the very same time/date as our wedding! Thom took the initiative to find an exceptionally credentialed and talented replacement so that we would not be left scrambling to find someone. His replacement was fantastic and honored the agreement between Thom and I. I cannot say how grateful I am that Thom was so professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thom was absolutely perfect and professional. He had me give the check to the undertaker so I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my grandmothers funeral. He was even money more professional then another bagpiper I hired in the past.
