Robert Mitchell is a very talented piper, with an extensive repertoire. Because our wedding venue was in a small room, he suggested using the border pipes so people could still carry on conversations before and after the ceremony. Bob piped the songs I requested as my processional and recessional; and dressed in his kilt, he complimented the other Scottish touches in our wedding. He also played outside the venue as guests were arriving and after as pictures were being taken. All our guests commented on how beautiful the music sounded. Bob helped make the day memorable for all.

We asked Bob to play as our guests arrived, then accompany Jim on a song for his bride during the wedding. We then drove across town to a restaurant for our reception and Bob went ahead of us and piped them in. He was very professional, music sounded great, and he was very accommodating. He stood at a distance from us so that the pipes weren't overpowering, and his choice of tunes was very appropriate for each part of the ceremony. I would highly recommend him for any event where bagpipes are desired.

The Ceremony at the Vietnams Veterans Memorial was awesome. It went better than we had planned. The loved ones of the fallen Cav Troopers placed wreaths at the Wall. When the Piper played "Amazing Grace" everyone began to cry. The Bagpiper, Robert Mitchell, fit right in with our Troop. He was one of us.

Robert showed up on time was very talented and was easy to work with. I wish he had stayed longer our service was only about 15 minutes and he played during the entire service but left before we left the buriAl area. I had not asked him to stay until we had left but because I was paying for the hour I did not think I had to. Next time I will communicate better. He was very good though and I would recommend him

The bagpiper, Robert Mitchell, played wonderfully. He played as the guests were gathering before the ceremony. Everyone especially enjoyed how he entered, using the appropriate tunes to walk slowly to the gathering from afar. At the end of the service, he played an outstanding version of "Going Home", which was so appropriate on this very sad occasion.
