We were a bit disappointed that Bob didn't say goodbye to us and that he left immediately after the ceremony. It's true that there were a lot of people around, but perhaps a quick goodbye would have been possible.

Leila, Your wedding was absolutely beautiful. The Church and service were as beautiful as any that I have seen. I especially enjoyed working with Daniel before the ceremony to play over the Hymn, Slaine, together. I thought the combination of Border pipes, which filled the church with no problem, and the accompaniment of the piano went well, and was exactly what you wanted for your Processional march. I apologize for not saying "Good bye", but it was over 96 degrees, I was wearing wool from head to toe, and I wasn't presentable, being covered in sweat. Bob Mitchell

Robert was a true professional and the bagpipes being played as guests entered the church and having Danny Boy played at the recessional were amazing. The priest even asked him to play an extra song. He also went to the cemetery and played as guest arrived and left the service. Absolutely superb!!!! I would Highly recommend Robert!

I retained his services services for the public funeral as well as the following day for the burial. Robert stayed in constant communication, he was punctual, was very respectful and played great. My father was a Bishop so it was a very large funeral. Robert braved 12 degree weather in his kilt on the day of the buried.

I did send Bob a text to thank him for a such GREAT JOB he did for the memorial of Mike Dempster. He went over and above handeling the logistics with the golf course and the venue. He took all the worries I had, made some great recommendations, and it went off without a hitch. MANY TEARS WERE SHED AT THE FINAL PLAYING OF AMAZING GRACE on the 18th hole. The family, as well as everyone else, was very moved by his performance. I can't tell you how many people made a point of telling me how wonderful he was. I would highly recommend Bob Mitchell for any event and so much appreciate his efforts.

Bob made a Grand Entrance to the party and created an atmosphere that lasted throughout the event! Not only is he talented, his choice of Tunes were spot-on and his persona was exciting. He gave history of the Pipes, noted the different types of Pipes he played and why. He made our event his own... We were very pleased with Roberts performance at our daughter's wedding. He is an excellent piper and his talents added immeasurably to the celebration. Robert Mitchell responded in a timely manner to any emails or phone calls we made. He sent an email outlining all we had discussed regarding what his role was for our daughter's wedding. He was prompt and prepared. He played as he led the guests from the ceremony area to the portico for the cocktail hour. He played during the cocktail hour. He played a variety of songs and his music was enjoyed by our guests.

Mr. Mitchell was outstanding. He came all the way from Maryland to southern virginia for my grandmother's funeral, playing exactly what was requested and did a phenomenal job. Thanks for making the Annual Hogmanay celebration such a success. Great playing, and appearance. The bagpiper added his authentic "Toast" to this New Year's Eve party. It takes a lot to move my Dad to tears, and bagpiper Robert Mitchell was absolutely perfect.

This is not the first funeral I have hired Robert for. He is always top notch, professional and his playing is so good, touching yet uplifting music.
