Republique is a restaurant venue located in Los Angeles, CA, featuring an exclusive dining room, The Right Bank Mezzanine Room. This space offers patrons the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant’s delightful dishes in a semi-private setting for their event. Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke craft dynamic menus inspired by French and Californian cuisine for guests dining at their establishment.
The Right Bank Mezzanine Room is defined by its rustic European aesthetic. Wood floors and furnishings, soft lighting, and exposed brick create a warm and inviting atmosphere to the space. This function room overlooks the main dining area, adding to its spacious feel.
This dining room is suitable for three long tables that can seat up to 36 guests for a flavorful culinary experience. Alternatively, it can accommodate larger groups of 45 patrons for standing events. Republique’s menus consist of exquisite French dishes created using local, fresh ingredients. The restaurant also offers a wine list with numerous varietals for the perfect pairing to each course.
Republique is located in a historic building with a storied past. Built by Charlie Chaplin in 1928, it was intended to be a multipurpose space. When the Manzkes acquired the building, they renovated it to showcase its unique and historic original qualities.
