String of Pearls performed during my son's wedding ceremony. It was a beautiful event and we received many compliments about the music. Susan was very accommodating and helpful when deciding sequence and music selections. She was responsive to our questions and inquiries. I definitely would hire them again for future events in the DC area.

My wedding was everything I could have imagined thanks to String of Pearls. Susan was phenomenal to work with. We hired a vocalist (last minute) and Susan was incredibly gracious is working with us to get the information she needed to ensure the arrangements were perfect. I did not hear the preceremony music...but my guest RAVED about how classy and elegant the quartet was during the seating of guests. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend String of Pearls for their professionalism, talent, flexibility, and true desire to ensure your event is all that you have ever imagined. Bravo, Susan! I am forever grateful!

String of Pearls was absolutely the perfect addition to our wedding ceremony. Their musicality and professionalism were very evident throughout the process. Not only do they have an incredibly diverse profile of music they can play, they are very accommodating and responsive. They not only played classical music before, during, and after our ceremony, but they were able to throw in the James Bond theme for when our secret service ring bearer walked down the aisle (a huge hit with our guests). After the ceremony we kept hearing how wonderful they were from our guests. Would absolutely hire them again! Thank you String of Pearls!

Professional, accomplished, sophisticated and fun. This only begins to describe String of Pearls Jazz Trio. The group performed at our daughter's wedding this past weekend and without question they were the highlight of the evening. Susan was quick to respond, advised us on music selection and made the ceremony and cocktail hour elegant and festive. The range of music they provided was perfect, everything from Canon in D to Over the Rainbow . Do not question your decision to hire this talented group!

String of Pearls was amazing. I had planned an outdoor wedding and of course it was raining that day and my father decided we should just wait out the rain. So String of Pearls took the initiative to set up in the house where the guests were gathering as they waited. The guests were entertained while we waited for the rain to stop. Once it stopped, they moved quickly to the tented area we set up for them. I really feel like they added a calming factor to the wedding. I also loved hearing them play Bittersweet Symphony as I walked down the aisle with my new husband! Also, Susan Jones was the easiest vendor I dealt with throughout the planning process. Very responsive.

We loved the music! They played string renditions of both Summertime and Etta James "At Last" that were showstoppers St our wedding! We wish we had a chance to thank them personally, but we were wisked away before we got the chance!

String of Pearls was amazing at our wedding. They braved a 107 degree heat index for our prelude and ceremony, and played as though they were completely unfazed by it. Amazing professionalism, and delivered exceptional talent! Susan worked with us beforehand to help us select they music style we wanted, and even learned the hymn we chose for the ceremony, playing it flawlessly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add live music to their event.

We were so glad that they could perform at our Multicultural Night at our Elementary school. They were very talented, professional, and definitely accommodating when it came to our budget. We hired them for a 3 night event where they played Christmas tunes as people roamed our hallways. They communicated well with us before the event, arrived early each day, and played excellently.

They arrived early, began playing a few minutes ahead of time since some of our guest were arriving early, played very appropriate music for our event and clients. The were dress professionaly and very accommodating when asked it they would play an additional half hour. They were very friendly and we enjoyed having them. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. Over all it was a lovely evening. Enjoyed by all.

My day was simply beautiful. String of Pearls was accommodating and so nice. Susan made sure an important song for my grandfather was played. Hearing the String of Pearls prior to the ceremony made the day relaxing. It was classy and refreshing.

String of Pearls Quartet were perfect - they really were. The ceremony was beautiful and we have them in part to thank for that. Now we weren't able to hear them during our cocktail hour as we were getting photos taken, but we heard from our guests about how awesome they were. Strings of Pearl was extremely professional, flexible and played very well at our wedding ceremony. Susan was very easy to work with, always responded promptly to emails and even checked in with us before the wedding to make sure we had all the details covered. She was very flexible with our song selection and had to learn some new songs not included on their play list which we wanted at our ceremony. She was fantastic to work with and they played superbly at the ceremony. I would definitely recommend Strings of Pearl to anyone looking for professionalism, flexibility and great music.
