In 2019, Dancing with the Stars pro, Keo Motsepe rang in 30 roaring 20s style. At The Secret Garden Loft in Hollywood, friends, family, and co-stars gathered around Motsepe to host a soiree Jay Gatsby would approve of.
Guests included Alfonso Ribeiro, Brooke Chamberlain, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and Kate Flannery dressed up as flappers and their best jazz age attire. Party goers were adorned in black, gold, and tons of glitter that went along with the vintage and art deco theme.

Party Theme: Casino Royale
Some could say that the “All of Me” singer’s star-studded birthday party in 2019 was Legend-ary. Chrissy Teigen transformed their Beverly Hills home into a James Bond vintage casino filled with slot machines, poker tables, and even a custom photo backdrop for his 40th birthday celebration.
The guest list featured Legend’s inner circle of A-list celebrity friends including Kim Kardashian, Jesse Tyler Fergeson, and Angela Bassett. The party was a family affair with children Luna and Miles making an appearance as well. Right after her performance at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball in 2019, Swift kept the party going at Oscar Wilde in NYC to ring in her 30th birthday. Guests included celebrity friends like Blake Lively, Antoni Porowiski, and Camilla Cabello to help celebrate her new decade with a fun holiday theme.
Guests were extremely festive and wore everything from Santa suits to Christmas tree dresses. Every birthday deserves a celebration, but a milestone birthday is an extra special occasion that deserves a next-level fete. Which is exactly how Beyonce celebrated her 35th. Friends and family of the singer came together decked out in ‘70s threads for a Soul Train-themed soiree.
The guest list included stars such as Carmelo Anthony, Cassie, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Alicia Keys and Serena Williams. From the looks of photos posted to Instagram, guests really committed to the theme with Sonny and Cher-inspired outfits, plenty of metallic and sequin accessories and diva-approved attitudes.

Stormi Webster’s 3rd Birthday
Party Theme: 3rd Time’s a Charm
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott threw an absolutely *sweet* 3rd birthday party for their daughter, Stormi. Decked out with custom t-shirts for guests, “Stormi’s Candy Shop,” a life-size princess carriage made out of balloons, and even a Stormi inflatable slide, this bash was anything but ordinary—just what we would expect from the Kardasian-Jenner families.
Jenner took to Instagram earlier in the day to share that the traditional birthday celebration known as “Stormi World” 3 was cancelled due to the pandemic, but that did not stop her from going all out at their home. This party was any toddler’s dream, and of course included an outfit change for Miss Stormi. Starting the day off in a pink tulle gown, the 3 year old later changed into a purple princess gown, obviously.
Kulture Kirari’s 2nd Birthday
Party Theme: L.O.L - Surprise
“Ok it’s time to turn up” shared Cardi B on her daughter’s second birthday. The rapper and her husband Offset celebrated little Kulture's birthday COVID-19 style. Inspired by the L.O.L doll brand, there was no detail left behind. Guests walked in to a check-in station where they received custom Kulture face masks and gloves, got their temperature taken, and sanitized—all while sticking with the party theme.
From a ball pit for the kids to Kulture cocktails for the grown-ups, there was something for everyone during this outdoor event. The party was held poolside and featured monogrammed cotton candy, balloon arches, a DJ, and dual slides.
Once it got dark outside, guests made their way inside for a night of dancing. The party was ultimately shut down later in the evening due to noise complaints. With famous rappers as parents, this is just what we would expect from a party hosted by Cardi B and Offset.
