Every week we ask our favorite wedding professionals for their top tips. Usually we have a specific question, but the thing about wedding professionals is that they have so much info and knowledge some of their wedding advice doesn't fit into neat categories. So, this week, we're bringing you random wedding advice from wedding professionals.
Deb from Ribbons and Strings Ensemble (Boulder, Co):
Don't forget about altitude! We have many weddings on top of the mountains of Colorado. If you're having a destination wedding in a high altitude, please remember that you and yoru guests may not be ready for the altitude. Have plenty of water available, and even oxygen for older guests.
Ptarmigan String Quartet (Boulder, Co):
Musicians spend hours of time rehearsing and traveling to your wedding. If you're pleased with their service, it's ok to tip.
Sharon Planer of Pianist for Parties (Golden Valley, MN):
If you have concerns or questions, don't forget to ask your wedding vendors!
Mike Dangeroux of Dangerous Mike Music (Chicago, IL):
Everyone needs a timeline.
